Excellent personalised care and support

My mum has been supported by Care4us for over 2.5 years and they offer excellent care. Mervis, Yvonne and all the girls are supportive, friendly and helpful and all work hard to make sure that my mum is looked after well.

I don't live near to my mum and on numerous occasions, my mum has needed some extra care and they have been able to offer additional support as and when needed. They have shown great understanding and flexibility on many different occasions and make sure that my mum's care is personalised towards her needs as those needs have changed.

Over the years, we have developed good relationships with many of the carers and they also know our wider family well.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Care4us.

Care and understanding

The team demonstrated great care, dignity and respect for my mum over a two year period.
During what was a difficult last few months, the empathy and understanding given to
my mum was extended to us as a family when we most needed it.
Many thanks to Mevis, Yvonne and their wonderful caring team.

Great care given

The team looked after my Father-in-law in his final months and provided a great caring service. Always adapting to the latest requirements and sudden changes without complaint. The staff we met were always cheerful with him and Mavis and Yvonne were always available and provided invaluable advice at this difficult time for us.
