Excellent service thank you

I bought a walker today and it was only £99.99, which both my daughter and myself thought was reasonable. It is a fold up one which folds like a buggy. Much smaller than the previous one. Lisa was professional but also had a laugh with us. Dont know how long delivery is, 3 to 5 days was what i was quoted. Having said that i have already had an email from carriers DPD.

Went into store with my elderly mother with a view to purchasing a chair that I'd seen via an email to me, after showing the assistant the email(clearly showing the product and price ) my mother tried the chair and decided to purchase ,on providing her details for purchase the assistant then said "oh it looks like it's gone back to full price !" The email I received was only 3 days old and there was no end date of sale on it - the assistant said "the sale must have finished last night at 12 " I asked if sale price could be honoured as she had seen the email - she refused . We left the shop and I rang customer services, the person I spoke to was not sympathetic to my complaint and if fact said that she received company emails and I should look at terms and conditions , which I found condescending and she actually hung up on me . As a family we have bought goods and furniture previously but to be honest I will not be using careco again - very poor customer service .

New scooter, faulty from the off, tried to stop me from bring issues up by telling me it would cost £80 to have it checked etc

After Careco review monitor Matthew Parker contacted me and offered me an exchange(customer service !?) I had a new scooter delivered the next day which works as it should and am happy with the product the old one was also returned quickly so all is good. Thanks Matthew customer service take note

We saw some mobility scooters on their website and my wife narrowed it down to a couple that she liked.We went into the new Plymouth shop where we were looked after my Demi.Very friendly and
knowledgeable and not too pushy.She gave my wife the opportunity to try two scooters outside and after trying them she went for the all round suspension.option.Order process was very simple.We placed the order on Monday and scooter arrived 3 days later.It was well boxed with lots off packaging to protect the new scooter.Self assembly is very easy with only realy the seat stem to fix.All the rest of the putting together is as you would do when loading the scooter in the car.Overall experience was excellent.Well worth a visit to the store for a wide range o mobility needs.

I have received excellent customer service from CareCo, from purchasing my chair through to its delivery today. Quoted 6 to 8 weeks but very happy as got it in 5 weeks. Phone call received when 30 minutes away and chair delivered and set up with controls explained and tried out . Thank you Rick and Brandon

After visiting their showroom in Leeds I had a fantastic experience with their customer service. I have been buying from CareCo for some time and will definitely in the future.

Emily at the Leicester St George’s retail park outlet was absolutely lovely kind and considerate for when we went yesterday for my Dad to try a walking aid, and the purchase of it .I would certainly recommend this branch especially, Emily

Terrible customer service, my parents bought a bed from them around 2 months ago, the mechanism was faulty and we reported this to careco within days.
They claim that as they aren’t the manufacturer of the bed they have to contact the manufacturer for the to get an engineer to call.
Two months later still nothing has happened they keep saying someone will be in touch but it hasn’t happened! Once they have your money they don’t care.
Update, the day after I posted this review we had a phone call to book a repair, I don’t know if it affected proceedings but all is ok now, I will update the review from a one star to 2 stars

Andrea looked after us. I wanted a second power chair. I am very disabled and not in a happy mood, I needed to sit in different chairs, which meant getting in and out of them. This I find difficult. I was very impatient, hopefully not rude to Andrea, she was calm,professional,and helpful fetching me a walking frame to help. She answered all my questions

Customer service advisors are very knowledgeable and helpful with the products I have been interested in. Needed to return a scooter which was not suitable for my needs, had no trouble in returning it. Rick and Jacob who came to collect it were also extremely helpful which make buying from Careco a pleasurable experience.

I recently purchased a new mobility scooter for my elderly mum and couldn't fault CareCo at all. The customer service was faultless, they made you feel right at ease and explained everything to you, a very patient and helpful team.

I would 100% recommend CareCo for any sort of mobility needs and aids, I was surprised at how much stuff they did! Five stars for CareCo!

Visited one of the showrooms at the weekend and the female sales person looked after us really well. We went away to think about the purchase and spoke to Paul in customer service. He was super helpful and gave us his direct email. After corresponding with Paul he copied in William, one of the directors who was able to put together a deal which we were both happy with. My elderly mother is excited about receiving her new power chair.

I ordered a bath lift from CareCo in Cheltenham as I have osteoarthritis in several joints and find it impossible to get up out of the bath. I ordered online but there was a problem so a very nice lady from CareCo rang me to sort things out, she was friendly and helpful. I opted for installation with the delivery and the two chaps that came were lovely, polite, cheerful and showed me how the lift worked. The whole experience with CareCo was excellent, i am so pleased with the bath lift, if i need any more disabled items i know where i will be returning to!
