Like most of the other reviews I've received out of date product on 3 occasions. The last 2 deliveries had BBE June 2025 - more than 9 months out of date. Emailed then twice about this but got no response. Have cancelled my subscription. If you're not a fan of out of date products I'd give them a miss

I've now had four batches with a BBE June 25.
So two in December and two in January. I've sent 6 emails over the last three weeks, absolutely nothing back from them.
Does anyone have a phone number for them or where their offices are based.
They have one week to respond to me, next stop the Food Standards Agency
Please respond to my emails.

Was happy with product. However, recent deliveries have a best before date of June 2025. No response from the ‘contact us’ form on website or via the email address stated when getting a delivery confirmation. Hence, non-existent customer care. Delivering out of date product is a red flag for me that the company is struggling (personal opinion). It’s seems like other reviews have a similar view…out of date product being delivered. Subscription cancelled.

I was getting on ok with the liquid curcumin until I discovered in early June, 3 packs, all with a Best Before date of end of June 2025!!!
Sad.

Check your BBE date. Received 4 packs all dated best before end of June on 9th May. Not impressed!!!!

I have tried to contact this company 3 times about a load of out of date product that they sent to me. Not had a reply yet!,, probably gives me a clue as to what kind of company these are

I have contacted customer service on four occasions since April 24th. No answer both on their website or on Facebook. Their customer service is appalling and thoroughly rude. All I want is answer - the silence is deafening and disgraceful

This has been such a fantastic product for me. Coming up to 3 weeks and have definitely noticed a massive difference with me knee especially after hard training session. I'm an active runner doing around 25 miles a week and would recommend to anyone looking to bullet proof there joints while running.

Customer service was friendly and personal. Good to deal with real people.

I ordered the 3 pack bundle but only received 1 pack. After contacting customer service I have had a positive response rectifying the mistake.

Absolutely love this product and highly recommend! I was introduced to Carecumin by my partner as I was suffering with ‘click thumb’ for weeks and thought I was destined to have a deformed thumb. I can truly say that my hand /thumb are functioning perfectly. I’ve since bought another pack for lower back issues , and with combination of physio and taking Carecumin has made a vast difference. I’ve also introduced the product to my brother, who has with back ailments. He said he noticed that he didn’t need to rely so much on prescription painkillers, which is a positive. So have my 80yrd old mother on them.. waiting to hear the results.

Terrible customer service. It took them 3 months to reply to my email. They said they would refund me but nothing. I have sent them a further email but nothing. How does this company think they can attract customers given their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced?

Thoroughly recommend this product. I'm suffering with a chronic tear to my right ankle tendon and have been talking carecumin daily for the past month.
The tenosynovitis of my posterior tibial tendon is now settling and I'm certain carecumin is a contributory factor to my improvement.
Also feeling much more energised.
Looking forward to trying a new flavour now. Keep up the good work!

I've been suffering from fibro myalgia for many years and have tried so many products but none have helped. Over the last 4-5 months I have been having a particularly bad time with really bad joint pain which has really impacted on every aspect of my day to day living. I was recommended this product and to be honest wasn't expecting much as I've tried curcumin before with little effect, however after just a few days of taking I am already feeling some real benefit in my joints. I will need to be taking at least a month or two before seeing any long term benefits but as it stands at the moment it seems very promising. Will review again at a later date.

So impressed with this product. I have been taking it for just over a month. As a personal trainer who’s on my feet for my job, I often find my energy levels drop in the afternoon. But I am feeling much more energised now, sleeping better and feel more focused.

I’m a 57yr old guy who trains 5 days a week, and for the last 12 months have been struggling with the time it takes my body to recover from my 40min gym sessions. On top of this, a reduction in energy and just “general get up an go”… all the above then have a mental effect on me, and also the scale measurements never lie!!. I had a static body fat level of 16% and a visceral fat level on 10%, and I was desperately trying to reduce my visceral below 10%.

I started taken this product 12 weeks ago, and after about 4 weeks I realised my recovery from gym exercise had actually improved and I was able to train more intensely with more energy..I have reduced my body fat by 2% and more importantly visceral fat by 1% over the last two months and improved both my muscle quality and mass.

So I rarely write reviews on anything however, I had to share my experience of Carecumin… as a runner I am always looking to make sure my body gets what it needs to sustain, repair and provide the energy that I need to continue allowing me to do my sport. I’ve suffered for nearly 18 months with extremely painful frozen shoulder joint.
It was recommended that I try Carecumin and I’ve not looked back since!
My shoulder pain has gone and I generally feel I have more energy. I’m more awake and feel that my recovery from sport is much quicker! I would highly recommend to anyone who is suffering with any form of muscle or joint pain, anyone wanting to assist with recovery time after sports, or just want a general feeling of well-being, I believe Carecumin can really help! What a fabulous product Carecumin!!! I have now been taking this supplement for over 14 months, and it’s just incredible! Although I’m young I suffer from arthritis in my fingers and since taking Carecumin the pain has completely gone.
Additionally i have noticed my hair is thicker and doesn’t fall as much!!! Love love love
