Just completed the class part of the program. It is definitely a different atmosphere coming from The construction industry. It was a bit tricky in the beginning to balance working and school but was able to make it work. Looking forward to the internship. Instructors were very helpful and encouraging really appreciated it. The only thing that could be made better is I do not like the pre-recorded classes as I can't ask questions.

I completed the Manual QA course, and it was great. There is a lot of material to learn from and great instructors to teach you. Amazing team that will support you from the fist step of learning to the last step of getting a job. I had one of the most amazing mentors who helped me out a lot, which is why I did not give up and ended up getting a job. My journey took a bit more than was stated by the Course but some people found them much faster, (1+ year for me). The team will provide all the materials you need to reach your goal and learn everything you need.

Careerist QA is one of the most interesting and excellent programs with outstanding Instructors and course material to equip us for better achievements and success.

The course has been outstanding because the teachers have explained everything very well. But, it is very hard to remember some of the things because it is too much.

I was very satisfied with the careerist program. The instructors were highly knowledgeable, and very supportive the course was easy to understand and well organized. I would highly recommend this program to anyone considering entering the IT industry.

Great foundational course, fundamentals and course organization are definitely delivered. Would recommend to anyone looking to transition careers or continue education.

First of all, I’d like to start with what a helpful school! I started with very little computer experience, like very little. I could open an email and browse online and watch movies, but that’s about it. That’s all I really used a computer for. But, they have taught me so much! And we’re patient teaching me! They always made things simple too. That was nice. And all the teachers, coaches, and staff genuinely care! They all seem to want to be there. That was a nice surprise. They were always asking who had questions or seeing if we needed help with anything. They were always eager to help. That made learning a whole lot of a better experience. And there’s a whole system of people I could email at any time to ask questions, get answers, or even just confirmation that I was doing the right thing. I’d recommend Careerist to anyone who wants a new career in IT. It’s been a great experience. I’ve been telling all my friends and family.

I would say overall I am very pleased with the program. I feel like they gave us enough information in the lessons and homework as well as extra resources.

The main issues my class has is lack of feedback and feedback that comes months after the assignment is submitted. I almost didn't make it into the internship because it wasnt graded until the Friday before it started and I needed to make revisions. Fortunately, they let the errors slide and let me through.

Outside of that, I would definitely recommend the program. I am looking forward to getting career prep and mentorship!

My experience with the program has been amazing thus far. I fell behind on assignments and it was very easy to catch up and communicate with the many support staff. My favorite part about the program is how each instructor is very knowledgeable and our actively working in the QA field. They welcome questions and break down each topic.

Great course and and all the instructors and advisers are very helpful.

The professors were very patient and knowledgeable. The lessons were very organized and easy to understand. The support was amazing, if I ever needed help with assignments, I could schedule a meeting with Domingo he was always kind and patient.

Overall I think I obtained a good grasp of the job and concept of Manual QA. We also touched up a little on Automation, SQL, ChromeDev Tool, Selenium, SauceLabs, Agile and Scrum methodologies, as well as others. To improve, I would like to have been given more assignments to really drill down the different testing types and methodologies. With that said, I have not yet competed the Internship portion of the course so I believe it will be given there. Still I rate the course high because of the many industry professionals that were teaching the course and the lectures were recorded for playback.

Such a great community of mentors that will help guide you forward in your fields and career choices and the platform that is available is super helpful and it's all layout for u step by step you can always ask for help and there other students who u can connect with so your never alone give it a try any doubts you may have no worry you have already taken the first step and there a great team willing to help you take the chance for yourself even if you have doubts you don't have to feel stuck there plenty of options and resources to help navigate you towards your desire career thank you and I hope you can consider this a helpful guide into your new journey #1 fan of careerist and I couldn't be happier to be apart of a awesome team.

I recently completed manual QA bootcamp for 16 weeks. When I started this program, I was a little apprehensive about this course. But after 16 weeks I feel confident to join QA roles. I liked the course structure, teachers and career coach. You also get real hands-on experience on a real project as part of external internship. If someone is looking to start a career as Software QA Engineer roles, this is your go to place. Thank you, Careerist, for your guidance and support.

I started this course in February of 2024 and finished in July 2024. I'm currently going through the career coaching phase. The course are great for a beginner like me that knows very little about the tech industry. The website itself and the way it takes you through the courses is fine. There was a little bit of confusion after I finished my external internship going into the career coaching in that I thought I was going to immediately be able to apply for jobs. Once I started looking at the job requirements the applications I started to feel like I didn't have enough. I also started my career coaching with a coach that quit before I completed my final mock interview, but the coach with whom I did my final interview was better and he right away showed that he actually cared about my success as a new QA engineer. I got into this because the ad said I would break into the industry the quickest way. I understand its a marketing strategy to get people into the course but the reality is for most people it takes about a year. But there is a lot of support not just from the career coach but you can joining a graduates chat group which helps during the job hunt. For anyone looking to get into this I say do it but be aware if you have not prior tech experience it will be difficult to find a job, but like I said the courses are great and the teachers and coaches are very helpful.

Careerist is a great course to learn about QA testing. If you have a zero experience about this this field, try to get through this course and you would learn how do it.

The QA Engineer course was well thought out and structured. The internship allows you hands-on experience, which will be a game changer for those looking to break into tech. Careerist provides you with all the resources to successfully enter the QA job market. A huge part of this is the career coach, having this dedicated professional helping you and providing advice is a massive resource.
