I hadn't been in many interview situations before and had a very big interview coming up. When I started using Adam I was dithering in how I spoke without clear examples to use and by the end of the sessions we did I was confident and I landed the role I was after which was very competitive by doing a solid interview while under pressure. Adam was just brilliant to practice with. I initially started of with not having much experience about how to answer interview questions using the STAR technique. After my first session with Adam I was easily able to understand the concept and how to integrate into my answers. Adam conducted a very real mock interview. While this was quite nerve-wracking, I gained some really useful insights and tips in the process. After several attempts to gain a promotion, with Adam's assistance, I finally managed it.
