Huge problems now developing with this agency. see my previous post. they have sourced all my data. agents are evasive and offer first names only. upload portal is a poorly set out click and load, with 'undergraduate' spelt as 'under graduate' on it. their email details change when they message you from one day to the next and they are avoiding my requests to have my data removed. I have contacted the police who have their details, but am totally shocked they are allowed to exist and operate. I dealt with Lewis in the Sheffield office. has anyone had similar problems?

I’ve had a very positive experience with Career Teachers so far. My agent, Sally Graystone, has been friendly, reliable and extremely helpful since day one. She checks in with me regularly, carefully considers my needs and has managed to find suitable roles that fit around my tricky availability. I have been offered roles ranging from a few days to full terms, so I would 100% recommend them, especially if you’re looking to explore options before fully committing to a role.

Don't work for this company. There are many more recruiters who will pay what you deserve and communicate effectively. This company are all about themselves.

The recruitment process was straight forward, and I was updated every step of the way.

Career Teachers, Leeds do not recognise Ms, in their registration form, as a title.
I was told I am obliged to use the terms Miss or Mrs as the registration form assumes that Ms indicates divorce. If I, and I quote, insist on using Ms, I must re write my name in the previous names section and put my date of birth.
Really!
I will not be signing up with this agency for obvious reasons.

Lies and lies from the start. At first they bombard you with we need you we got jobs lined up. You got the degree schools need. This is the Leicester based company. The one who comes across friendly but full of lies is Demitrious and the other guy very rude especially one called Stuart who I met face to face. He probably deny it because his memory is so bad. The bombard you with emails to give your ID. First do video call they have enough technical issues then they ask u to hold your passport near your face and they say they screenshot that. (,how ridiculous) then their other colleagues say you have to upload every personal and important documents on some app called TrustID which you do. Then they make u pay for the DBS which yes I dont mind. I did. And they make u join the update system which again is fine. They die for the references which u get and give. They guarantee yes yes will get you in school soon then they give no update for weeks. All you get is yes trust I'd is pass Dbs is pass. But the consultant is away then weeks later nothing. Then you call and they say someone call u back but nothing. These people are con artists who took all my personal details and at end did nothing. I have all the emails and text messages from them of their lies.
Go with Hays recruitment way better. By the way we most likely have way more qualifications and degrees then they all do but their attitude towards clients is rubbish and belittling.

I believe that continues follow up is the best thing which I have received from Brooke Brennan. She always helped me and guided me wherever I was stuck in clearing my application.
