Signing up to receive discounts on dental work couldn't have been easier! So far I'm impressed, however, the proof is in how the discounts actually save us money. I'll give another review after we've had a chance to try out our savings.

Website was very difficult to go from one step to next. Tried different browsers. Lots of waiting not knowing if it was working or not.

False advertisement and misleading claims
They advertise 60-80% off for dental coverage but after visiting my dentist it only took off around 13% of my total bill.

Product purchased for 2025
Product purchased: CIGNA Supplemental Benefits for Medicare
Definite bait and switch - sold as Cigna but not anything at all. We've spent over $1500 in premiums this year and have received about $700 in benefits of the $5000 we purchased.
Both Dental and Vision Claim processes are PAINFUL. Claims had to be filed manually and as they ended up having no in-network providers (on in the case of vision, are actually just a discount program, not actual insurance) reimbursements were extremely minimal.
They are relying on the CIGNA name - I'm assuming that in 2026, it will be the new HealthSpring name, as CIGNA has now divested this product line. This has also resulted in you having to log into multiple systems which aren't connected tightly enough - you need separate logins and passwords.
Run away!!

Not user friendly
I had questions, but no one with customer service could help, and then I had to enroll when I had a desktop because your website wouldn’t complete on my laptop. VERY frustrating and difficult.

False advertising
They said online that I could get my number immediately. I cannot. I have to wait 3 days for the membership kit. The number is not posted on the message after receiiving my payment. It is Saturday and I wanted to get an appointment today. There is no one available for me to talk to get my number.
