Look my dental office up online and it said you guys took it. It was in network so I went ahead and got the insurance. I paid 30 bucks on Friday and then on Monday I had my doctors appointment and they said we weren’t in network so I didn’t get a discount And when I called to get my money back and cancel it it was a whole bunch of oh no, you can’t do that blah blah blah. I did finally talk to the supervisor and she said it was gonna be canceled. Still waiting for my email to get my money back so I feel like you shouldn’t have said that my dentist was in your network if it wasn’t because I would’ve never got the insurance then gonna give it a couple days and hopefully I get a refund if not, I’ll be calling back.

Delay in new member kit, but I saved.
Once paid, they give you the option to receive your new membership packet by email in a couple of days or by snail mail in 5 days . I picked email to use it fast but they sent it to me by snail mail so the delay was frustrating . Otherwise my dentist accepted the discount and I saved $600 off of a crown . So it's a good deal I'm happy.
