We have today had to cancel the service as my mother in law has had to go into a home. Cancellation was very easy and explained very succinctly by Denys Oleksiienko. Email sent also to confirm everything in writing.

I needed to cancel a subscription and rang the company. I spoke to Denys Oleksiienko, who handled the query most efficiently and understood the situation. He was friendly and very personable and sent me a follow-up email explaining that the direct debit has been cancelled, as he promised to do.

Had to contact Careium to cancel my late mother-in-laws service as she had recently passed away. I spoke to Denys Oleksiienko who was most helpful and compassionate in the circumstances. He explained that he would refer the matter to finance to cancel the direct debit and also advised how to dispose of the equipment. He emailed me within minutes of our conversation to confirm our discussion. Would also say that the response my late mother in law received from Careium on the occasions she had to use the service was excellent.

My mother fell at 23.00 hrs and used her pendant to call assistance. Help arrived within 20 minutes and after a thorough check she was assisted from the floor. The responders name was Elizabeth Jackson and my mum was extremely happy with the speed her attendance and of her caring nature. Elizabeth ensured she was safe and well before leaving. Thank you for attending and looking after her so well.
