I spoke with Ahmad Valli who went above and beyond trying to resolve a set up problem on my mother's new system. When this proved impossible he immediately arranged for a replacement unit to be dispatched. I have nothing but praise for the technical assistance offered by this company

I rang to cancel the alarm as my mother is now in residential care. Denys Oleksiienko called me back the next day and was extremely empathetic and efficient.
Overall the system has been reassuring for my mother, the occasional glitch but generally the call handlers and the system has worked.

i am a 79 year old overweight individual recovering following hip replacement surgery, living alone.
During the night of 11/1/26 approx 3pm I was in a situation where I had slipped and ended up laying prone on the floor unable to move, managed to alert my emergency service who organised assistance for me. Elizabeth Jackson from Careium duly arrived and helped me enormously by assisting me to move to a more suitable position and location before using the pneumatic lifting device which raised me sufficiently for me to move over onto my bed all the while receiving encouragement and guidance from Elizabeth who was excellent from start to a successful finish. Elizabeth provided an excellent service throughout the whole experience, calming me down and then making sure that I hadn't injured
myself, a truly professional service provided by Careium .

Called this morning spoke to Amy Woollett, she was absolutely brilliant ( if Heineken made service staff Amy would be it). Very professional listened and understood what I needed to do and went the extra mile. Made me feel valued and appreciated as a customer. Nothing was too much.

I spoke to Amy. I have to say she was a superb ambassador for Careium. She was so helpful and patient, clearly explaining differences between the emergency telephone systems. I spoke to Amy Wollett today to discuss myself getting a home alarm, as my previous provider are ending their works. I was extremely in the dark about ringing yourselves as I don't know very much about going to a private provider like yourselves and my confidence was very low. Amy Wollett was absolutely amazing with me. Not only was she polite, friendly and extremely professional, Amy talked me through the entire package. She has also emailed me stating if I'm unsure about setting up your system once received, I am very welcome to email her and she would telephone me back. When someone like myself who has no-one, speaking to someone like Amy especially when I don't know your service as yet, is absolutely vital on the other end of your phone. I ordered an Eliza S pendant today and was taken through the process by Sophie Farrant who I can't thank enough.
She was very clear in explaining everything to me, very patient with my techinical issues and also showed great empath, which was much appreciated. Today I contacted careium and spoke to Amy who was extremely helpful. I have been trying to get a response alarm system set up for my 85 year old uncle who is currently with vico care link but they are discontinuing that service and for the past two weeks and numerous phone calls to different providers of this service and getting nowhere until I spoke to Amy , I can’t thank her enough for her help today and sending out by e-mail the product’s offered , she is in my mind a perfect employee who does her job the way an employee should. the problem I had was when Careium took over Centra ,my details were forwarded to the billing dept but not to customer services so the money went out but no help when it was needed. I f you were taken over check your details.

Once I finally managed to get through, the sales and purchasing process was excellent. Sophie Farrant was efficient, professional,knowledgeable and pleasant. She answered all my questions honestly and reassured me that I was making the right decision.
I had reservations before calling, with a non face to face purchase, but Sophie convinced me that it was not necessary. Also with a BF discount it seems a very fair deal.
My only complaint would be very slow initial telephone response. First day I called twice and abandoned calls after over 10 minutes. Second day I gave it one last chance and got reply after 10+ mins - the whole time being “ No. 1 in the queue “ !!
Sophie however, was again professional, offering sincere apologies and a polite, satisfactory explanation.
Overall a good experience.

I enquired of the company and was initially sent a brochure giving an overview of different packages & optional extras. I also had the benefit of a friend already using the service and her rcustomer service guide. I decided to proceed with an order and the telephone assistant was very efficient and friendly in guiding me through the process and her understanding that some of the contract details would be outstanding requiring further input. The equipment arrived within 2 days ready for set up.
