Full Refund with no quibble!!!

Even when proved unsuitable due to my locations having poor connection, they gave a full refund of all monies paid, even though I had been connected to their services for around 4 months. You can be 100% confident with this company

Epileptic app performance

We have lately started to have problems with the app that are never resolved. Previously when we call the support team they ask what the problem is and get it resolved there and then. In the last few weeks we have been having problems with login in, sync issues, hanging system. when you log a report you are asked to send evidence and that seem to be the end of it. I have problems logged weeks ago with no solution and no feedback. The new problem is a very serious one affecting almost all the 30plus care workers, it was previously selected few now it cuts accross. The company need to wake up and address this issue. the support team seem helpless this time.

I can completely understand your frustrations, and I want to assure you that we are working on the issues. Unfortunately though if the issues relate to the application, whilst we may be able to fix them correctly, they then have to go through a release process as part of Apple and Google’s relevant App Store, this can often take days before a release ends up with your carers, for that whilst I am sympathetic, we are unable to speed up that process.

I can also understand your frustrations around requiring evidence of bugs, but as I’m sure you can understand we need as much information to fix problems as quickly as possible.

Great customer support

Had the pleasure of speaking with Jay to assist me with some queries regarding CLL. He was extremely helpful and took his time to explain everything so I could understand. Issue was resolved immediately. Thank you!

The App provides a single platform with all the functions you need to run a homecare provider business. GP connect feature is a great tool that has made my work so easy.

Careline team

Careline live team is very helpful and do try reslove the queries within a few hours of raising ticket. Colleen was the personal assigned for my problem and she was very patient and helpful.
