Worst customer service.... I have had a negative experience with this mental health app as I paid for six sessions but was only able to complete two. Furthermore, the customer care team has been unresponsive, which has made matters worse. I would like to request a refund for the remaining sessions as this has been a disappointing experience.
I feel much better since I have started therapy with Careme health. Also, their customer service is amazing. I recommend people, the therapist are well experienced and very kind.
