I think that Amaan Udin needs to realise that this company ignores all communications including PayPal disputes. They take your money and refuse to acknowledge you exist when you ask what has happened. This is not the behaviour of a reliable company. I think everyone reading needs to realise that Amaan Udin is more than likely an alias account or associate of these scam artists. Why else would you trying to defend what seems to be almost unanimously 1 star reviews for the entirety of 2021?

Nearly 6 month on and still no refund. Ignoring my emails as usual. I don’t understand how one customer can defend this Company and say he had no problems placing an order, which had been dispatched. I’m afraid I find that unbelievable. If this Company is so good why are they not replying to there very dissatisfied customers

Amazing and genuine pharmacy. They have had technical issues with payment and landlines but have made every effort to resolve the matter with its loyal customers. Numerous emails and payment links were sent to ensure customer satisfaction. My order number was #38595 and has been sent out already after payment. people need to realise these things do happen but not many pharmacies will make this much effort to resolve the matter. Hope to see you back up and running in full effect

Ordered ecig oil and paid. Response from them saying they do not stock this anymore and sent a different sample to try. Rang, emailed constantly with no response. Have been left out of pocket of £40. NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM EVER, THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!

DO NOT buy from these people! I ordered something in Feb and paid, got an email a couple days after to say it was no longer in stock and that they had refunded me. They DID NOT refund me. A month later, still no refund and they have ignored all emails, despite an automated email saying someone would be in touch in 3-4 hours to help. They are rip off merchants.

Ordered vape oils only to be told they aren't manufactured anymore (still on their website three weeks later), after picking a substitute they sent a bottle of cough syrup and have ignored all emails and phone calls. Shocking company. Avoid

They took my money, said that they couldn't fulfill my order and a refund would be issued within 5-7 working days. 3 weeks later, no word. Will update if the refund comes through.
