Not sure what I would have done without Care Patrol. They made a difficult transition for my mom and my family so much easier!

I cannot say enough good things about Dina! She went above and beyond what I would have expected. Dina is very knowledgable about the senior care facilities and has a relationship with their directors, which is very helpful. Dina's communication is outstanding! She always kept us in the loop. I highly recommend Dina!!

Mary Ann was a godsend. During this difficult time she was my rock and helped me navigate each step. I honestly don’t think I ever could have accomplished as much as I did in the time that I did without her knowledge, guidance and assistance. Finding the best place for your loved one is her passion. I will forever be thankful for her and her dedication.

I would give 10 stars instead of 5 if I could! Todd Seidl at Care Patrol REALLY went above and beyond to help me find the right facility for my family member. He arranged everything from finding the right facility, touring it, finding a moving company and scheduling the move. He was so knowledgeable on the whole process. He was also very kind and caring. What started as a very stressful situation ended up being a smooth transition thanks to all Todd’s help. I would highly recommend Care Patrol to anyone!

Chad at Carepatrol was so kind and understanding. They were beyond helpful! I highly recommend them is you need to place a loved one.

Worked with Chad Ramsey in the Milwaukee,WI area. What a wonderful, caring and helpful man. Answered every phone call and text immediately. Wish we would have found him when we first put my aunt in senior care. He came in when we needed to move her out and got her matched with a great new facility. Can’t thank this guy enough. Care Patrol has helped me more times than I can count. I worked with them last year on placement for my father after he had surgeries and needed rehab and assisted living, and again in the last several months while my father is experiencing dementia symptoms and worsening medical conditions.
Not only is Care Patrol professional in every aspect, but they also have a heart. They have been there for me, genuinely, with excellent advice, resources, and even just a listening ear while I try to navigate this difficult time! They genuinely care, and you can really tell!!! Believe me, when I say that the Care Patrol team has you and your loved ones best interest in mind!!!

I was told that I could not send my husband to Brightview Mays Chapel--that they wouldn't have space for 6 months. He was then sent to the Maples * 8 days* where he was abused and is now transferring to Brightview Mays Chapel.
He could have gone to Brightview Mays Chapel to start off with. I was jerked around on this and I believe intentionally given misinformation so that the Care Patrol could receive a higher commission by referring to either of the Towson locations.

Karla and her team made our experience with finding assisted living for our family members stress free. Karla found the perfect fit, she helped us through the process and followed up with us and the homes we placed our loved ones in.
We are from out of town so her knowledge and connections were invaluable to us!

I was delighted and very appreciative of the services provided by Care Patrol. Their careful review and recommendations of assisted living facilities eliminated a lot of blind alleys for me. The detailed checklist, questions and written comments the representative took while we toured possible sites were invaluable to an overwhelmed son. I can wholeheartedly recommend Care Patrol.

Many thanks to Julie & Don. Their help in finding a great home for our mother was invaluable, especially during the challenges presented by the covid pandemic. And Don's insight and legal help with Life Estate issues and the sale of her home has been extremely helpful. They provide an extraordinary, reassuring service at a very confusing time when it is most needed.

We used CarePatrol to help with post-rehab placement for my 100 y/o mother who could not return to her previous living situation. I had used them in a different State to assist with placement of a dementia patient and was quite familiar with their level of service and very pleased with that outcome.

The advisors in the Greater Milwaukee office were excellent! They provided information on assisted living facilities that they had personally vetted and accompanied me on all the facility visits. Afterwards they helped me review each and make an informed decision as to the best place for Mom. Even after Mom moved in, they were available for guidance with questions on service. They promptly returned calls/messages, even after hours, which was gratefully appreciated.

I would recommend them to anyone faced with placing a loved one in a care facility. It's almost impossible to navigate the system on your own, even if you have some experience with it.
