My order was cofirmed on March 20. Ittraveled from near Barcelona to Madrid to Paris to The yHague and confirmed exported 5 April but then no news until today when confirmed again exported April 20 and maybe en route to Canada? What is going on?

I have been looking for this product for a while, as there are fewer UK stockists. I've used this product for over 30 years. The service has been excellent, from the user-friendly website to prompt delivery. Also no import taxes or duty payable on delivery
