Awful on the phone, sounded so disinterested, they cancelled my training day, had to reschedule everything due to being self-employed then l had to cancel due to illness, they said it was when the course had commenced, although it wasn't, l only wanted a reschedule onto another course but kept my money and wouldnt do it, you dont want to be ill and be dealing with this uninterested lot poor service would not recommend go elsewhere.
