I am yet another person that has been conned out of £42 per month. I wasn’t aware I was signing up for a hefty subscription a
Nd I did not have a confirmation email that would’ve alerted me.
I have written to them repeatedly and they have responded 6 times to say that my subscription is cancelled YET they have just taken another €42 from my bank.
I have had to cancel my credit card and all that entails to ensure they get no more money . I am out of pocket £300.
DO NOT USE THEM.
Any way if there is something seriously wrong with your pet and it needed imaging or a surgical procedure or even a hands on examination - they can’t do it on line! Just one big CON.

One star as I could not POSSIBLY give them any lower of a star.

The advice I was given was simply from dr. Google, I have to wonder if the ‘vet’ was even real!

Secondly, I paid (what was sold to me as) a one off £3 for advice. Come to find out mere months later I have since been paying £43, when I have not used this service once since. I am enraged with the scam they offer. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

There is no price on my pets life, but this service is not it. If I had known all this time ago I would have this fight on my hands, I would have taken my travel sick pet to a vet myself.

They should be enraged with themselves, vultures for vulnerable people.

No where is it made clear that you are getting signed into a subscription
The vet was no help I could have googled the info I was given.

I contacted them, I paid for a short consultation, after when I checked my bank account they charged for a subscription that I didn't agreed. Awfully and they didn't helped me at all. Be careful and should avoid to contact them.

You don't deserve a star your disgusting conning pensioners out of money I have contacted my bank fraud team and they are going to shut you down I'm passing your company to the news papers and having you sued for your conning.

Despicable Marketing Tactic - No problem with the vets

No problem with the vets. They were great. But their marketing is despicable. Their landing page did not make it at all clear that once you pay the £3 you have 24h to cancel the subscription. I had no email communication regarding the subscription and have now been charged twice for a service I only used once when I paid the £3.

Appalling service, told they could help, paid for the trial, second sentence is that they are unable to help. Following day I discovered a subscription had been taken.

Big scam. Do not use or give your bank details
