Brilliant customer service!
I had a brilliant experience with Car Finance 247 helping me sort out paying the balloon payment at the end of my PCP contract in manageable instalments. Muhammad Minhaz Uddin was an absolute star, supporting me through the complex paperwork requirements and answering all my random questions. Mixed experience
Charlie Taylor located loads of cars to choose from, the process was easy and was available to speak to and got back to me when he needed to. However the car hes recommended picked up 11th July 2026 broke automatic stuck in P (Park) after ive drove 2 and half hours to collect and paid a lot of money. Need to check the car garages and cars they are recommending as now ive looked at reviews of the car garage most are 1 star out the 5 and similar issues not long after collection. Now in process of trying to cancel everything.
