I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the assistance I received from your customer service team.
I had specifically requested the car rental provider’s address at Heathrow, as well as their email contact. However, your representative, Asha, declined to provide this information and instead told me to follow the designated meeting point instructions.
This was not helpful to my situation. As I will be traveling with multiple pieces of luggage and a senior person, it would be highly inconvenient for me to take buses from Terminal 4 to Terminal 5 and then transfer again. I had intended to arrange an Uber directly to the rental location, which is why I requested the address.
I also asked for the company’s email address so that I could contact them directly if the information was not available on your end. Unfortunately, this request was also not accommodated.
I would appreciate it if you could provide the requested details promptly. Additionally, I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the level of support provided by your customer service team.
