Great choice of cars at reasonable price. We rented in three countries with insurance included. Car providers were acceptable, some could have cleaned the cars better.

Reference Nr: CF775A92 and CFC75D6F Cancelled first booking, made a second booking which was not what I requested. Tried to cancel but said, make another booking previous would automatically cancel. Made 3rd booking on 7 April, send mails, and a week later the booking is still not cancelled. No replies to mails. No confirmations of bookings, no refund, no feedback, no responses. Received a phone call from the rental company to say there are 2 bookings but still nothing from Carflexi. Horrible website. Cannot contact them. Whenever you go onto a website where there are no email or telephone numbers to get hold of them, STAY AWAY AND DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!

Very quick and friendly lady at the counter, the gentleman who brought us to the car went through the small defects on the vehicle with us step by step and TOP service, he even packed our luggage into the car.

I have previously rented a car abroad with this company.
I have also made changes without a problem.
I appreciate the possibility of online registration to find a company that is willing to rent a car even for people over 80.
From my experience, I prefer full protection (0 deductible) in the rental insurance abroad.

Great service, nice car, no problems at all.

I rented a car to pickup in Imperia, Italy but at the adress given in the voucher there was no company. Luckily we found another car rental not far away. When i wrote an e-mail about the situation i didn‘t get an answer.
I don‘t know how i could have found out, that there was no office / pick up for the car i booked.

Everything was ok, apart from constant emails asking for a review.
