I bought the carfumes, cherry love. After 24 hours of having it in my new car I had for 1 week, this happened the vent was bubbled and raised all over and has damaged the whole piano dash vent. Avoid at all costs. Spent £40 on carfumes, and removed it straight away. Contacted them and “Anna” got back to me and asked for photos and evidence. I sent this, two days later I had a reply saying “please rate our service” and have not had a response in nearly 2 weeks! I will be contacted the CEO of the company this evening, putting in a formal complaint and emailing him the emails to him so he can visually see the damage and customer support that has not been received. Disgusting behaviour, I will also be explaining the trading standards to them again and there obligation to deal with my issue. I have also realised they have two trust pilot reviews… wonder why?

I have placed an order with Carfume on 3/5/22 (after placing many very satisfactory orders before) but still have not received anything (I live in the USA). I have contacted Carfume on many occasions but get only a standard mail back in which they apologize for the Covid shortage of staff and the Christmas rush. It is now 5/8/22!!!! The US website of Carfume has been down for a few weeks now as well and I wonder what is going on. This is not characteristic for Carfume as I always had excellent service from them.
