Tip top service from Diren, he has been very helpful throughout the whole sales process and made the process seamless. Not overbearing at all, true salesman.

I purchased a car off Cargem in February and since then it’s been a frustrating experience working with them.
To begin, the car was not ready for collection at the agreed time so I had to wait a week to collect due to car needing a MOT and a new tyre.
The car was presented well however on the journey home the engine management light came on.
I contacted Cargem and they passed me onto their warranty provider who then passed me back to Cargem. I was no further forward with this issue.
I then took to the car to a specialist and they advised that a sensor needed to be changed at a cost of £170. I contacted Cargem to see if they would cover as the warranty provider rejected the claim and of course, they rejected the claim. It was later found there was a faulty sensor that also needed to be replaced for a further £250.
Customer service/ post sales are really difficult to deal with and will stall as much as possible. Realistically, this company operates as a private sale even though it’s meant to be a retail business.
I strongly advise avoiding the warranty as this does not cover anything and gives them another way of avoiding responsibility.
As with other reviews, read and review the bad ones. They are accurate of the service you’ll receive from these guys.
Been looking at cars for the past 2 months and came across a great deal ar Cargem. Annyl took me through the offers and was extremely competitive with what he could do. I was unfortunately not able to go through with the purchase but believe that the way Annyl dealt with it was extremely commendable. Thank you for your smooth and to-the-point sales approach. Unfortunately, it has been nearly 5 weeks since I paid a £99 deposit for a car I wanted to view on that same day (6th October), but was later told the car would not be ready to view for 2 more days. Subsequently I was not able to view the car on 8th so ask for my £99 refund as per their T&Cs, which I read carefully before paying. I have phoned twice, emailed twice and sent the salesman, Annyl, multiple WhatsApp messages. I was told via email on 21st that the refund would processed and I should receive it in 3-5 working days. It is now the 31st October.
I am very disgruntled at having my money taking and then their T&Cs being ignored.
I would recommend you do not pay your £99 deposit unless you can have the salesman confirm positively that the car is available to view.

Today had my mazda2 delivered after speaking with Diren the last few days who has been an amazing help with my endless questions as buying a car online can be daunting.
The car is spotless and in such good nick I’m so pleased with it.

So I bought a car from cargem a year ago and after a few weeks I had problems with the clutch took it back to them a couple of times for them to say the clutch was fine and they’ve replaced it to which I still had problems so just beared with it then took it to a garage near me for clutch and gear box problems then took find other problems rocker head gasket leaking hadn’t been serviced in about 2 years maybe longer tryed contacting them numerous times over the year I’ve had it but nothing really annoyed would never recommend this garage to any one.
Obviously when I done the first mot this is were the problems arose and I do a yearly major service on all my vehicles as I don’t drive them far

Please don’t make the same mistake I did. I didn’t read the reviews before buying, and I really regret it now. If I had, I never would have gone through with the purchase.
Just like many others have said, everything seems great at first — the car looks good, drives fine, and the sales process feels smooth. But the problems start shortly after, and they just keep coming. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially when you realize this seems to be a common pattern.
If you’re thinking about buying from this company, do yourself a favour: read the reviews and take them seriously. Save your money and go somewhere more reliable.

Selling team was really friendly and helpful, but service team are just useless time wasters!!! Bought the hybrid car from them 8 months ago, was a broken front camera and wire charger. They new about camera we reported the issue about the charger in few day's. Promised to fix the camera when I bring the car back to them for a day. Wasted all day in London, nothing was fixed and had to go back home to Northampton with nothing. After 6 months of chatting, emailing and calling we finally fixed the camera in local dealership and costs was covered by Cargem, but the charger still not working, agreed to contact our local dealership to fix the charger,but never done that. Now, after another push from our side,they want the car back to London without providing a courtesy car for unknown time. The car is used every day. Completely do not care about their customers. Please avoid this guy's.

This is a second review as previously the salesmen write their own reviews. The salesman literally took my phone, scanned the QR code and wrote his own review!!
Be warned.
They are quick to sell the cars and their selling technique is clever, be warned.
I purchased a car which is nice and the service was good up to a point. However, when I was asking questions or for things to be looked at, I was spoken at rudely by being told the car is not brand new!
Talking down to me as if I'm stupid, so be warned if you're a woman as there a few salesmen who don't know how to talk. RUDE!!!
