A good experience
The first time I used Cargoboard, my experience wasn't good and I wrote a negative review, but since then I have used them twice and found the experience positive, so, in the interest of balance, I am writing a positive review.
The best feature, for me, is the ability to use the 'chat' function on the Cargoboard website, to contact their head office to raise concerns or ask questions. The response time is EXCELLENT. They generally reply within minutes.

Worst experience, Highly not recommend
Poor communication, I didn't know if my item was lost or not. They keep telling me they're searching for item for weeks and no updates. I'm a self employed person and have lost customer because of this delays, it's really sad even to this point I write this, I still haven't got a response.

As we already talked, we are sorry for the situation but the fault was not on our side.
We collected 4 orders at the same address with different consignees. Due to a mistake from the sender, they were all packed on one pallet, which was delivered to one address.
Your shipment and 2 others are now missing, but we are already in contact with that address to clarify the situation.
