Easy to get cover which was 70% cheaper than doing it at the hire desk. Didn’t need to claim so can’t comment on how they’d have performed if I had needed to.

Excellent customer service experience
I had a query about my policy end date and follow-on renewal date. I called customer service, was answered promptly and the agent was very helpful, understood my query and dealt with a revision immediately.
