Excellent!!!
Everything was perfect from the booking until the end of the renting. The team is very reactive to answer to question, at our arrival the guy takes is time to explain how to use the car, there are good equipment... It was our first renting for that kind of 4x4, we will rent it for sure for our next trip :-)

Professional service by staff, Lowest rates quoted in Windhoek, Clean & reliable 4x4 vehicle provided.
Just check canopy as it pulls in a lot of dust - unpleasant experience unpacking with all goods and equipment to be cleaned!

Excellent Service
Strongly Recommend.
Although some tools were missing (rope is a minimal standard) the services were good, the car was in good shape and assistence was amazing. Rente a car for almost 2 months and overall quite happy with it. Almost 10000 kms of puré fun in great car.

Very nice deal...
A very good experience with this rent car company. The people are very friendly and the car is nice. Not new but nice, no problem during the 2000km trip.. No problem for the pick up and the take of. The camping materiel is a litle bit old but very useful. We make the reservation for two people camping materiel but when they know we have a 5 years old son with us, the put free a entire set for him. Thanks for all, If we return visiting Namibia, be sure we take the same rental company.

good relation quality price
Nice welcome and all facilities when we pick up and give back the car.Friendly and helpful staff.
We didn't have any problems during our three weeks journey(even a puncture) although the wheels could be in better condition.
We definetely recomend this company!!!!

worth recommendation, reasonable prices
we rented 2 cars for 21 days, over 5300km done, quite reasonable price comparing to other rent companies, no major problems with cars at all, equipment not the newest one, but clean and still full usable, linen and roof tent clean. Quick paper proceeding (within 1 hour), and in case you have bad luck with small damage (like mirrow broken etc) the compensation suprisingly reasonable - they do not let you go with your last soaks as it sometimes heppens in European rental co.

I am all together satisfied with the car rental.
The two times I used this car rental the cars have been in good condition and the service was great too. The one thing I want to critisize is that in the best insurance I could get it is better to hit an animal than to avoid it. In case of an accident by avoiding an animal, insurance didn't cover the costs. But anyways, if there is a next time for me in Namibia I will go back to this company.

Thank you for your feedback. Just to inform you that the situation of the insurances have been improved and that currently also with VCR it is possible to have so-called 'single-vehicle accident' damages covered.
In this PLATINUM cover also sandblast damages, wind screen damage, one tyre damage and undercarriage damages are insured with an excess of only N$ 1.500.

Professional, efficient and very helpful
I have used them twice now and will be using them again next year.
This last trip had two issues where a window was smashed in Windhoek to steal a backpack which was fixed immediately, and the fuel filter light came on in Tsumeb where we had it fixed and were re-imbursed no problem.
They offer a professional and efficient service, all done with a smiling and helpful staff, and the vehicles are in good condition, so am happy to use them again and recommend them to friends.

Vehicles and service were good except for the transfer drivers!!!!!!!!
In general all has gone well and the staff in Windhoek were good....
Had a BIG issue with the head transfer driver as he was extremely rude and unfriendly!!!!
I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned to me as it has been more than a month since the return of the vehicles..... not very good!!!!

Furthermore, the blocked excess amount on your credit card has been released from our side straight away after the paperwork for the damages had been finalized, so we did what we promised to you. However, as Christiane of the reservations department informed you already, the complete processing of this release can take up to 14 to 21 working days, depending on the banks involved. Please enquire with your bank about the status of the release and in case your bank requires a written statement of our bank or of our company concerning the release, please send an email to us again.

fantastic attention to detail
The cars were fantastic - newer and more luxurious than anticipated and prepared excellently. When we ripped tyres or got bogged in the wilderness, the equipment was all there - multiple jacks, two tyres, spare wheel nuts etc etc. The camping gear was well thought out. We cared for these beautiful cars but when we returned them minor scratches were ignored. We were asked to pay a fair price for our ruined tyres. Truly a good experience.
