Unfortunately I have to give one star (Zero would be better).
Words upfront suggest car hire without the need for a credit card. All seemed good and cheap until I booked...(3 weeks ahead) Then I noticed that it said I would need a credit card unless I brought extra insurance. I brought extra insurance. The subsequent email then stated I would need a credit card! So I decided to cancel but of course there is no way to get car hire money back. The extra insurance money is also impossible to get back.... DO NOT USE THEM. .

This company ask us to pay 100%…
This company ask us to pay 100% insurance but when you arrive at car company they say they do not accept the carjet insurance so I end up paying extra 289 euros. When i called them no one pickup the call for 15-20 minutes so i had no other option because i dont wanted to be stranded on airport

Absolutely terrible customer service
I called customer service regarding a refund and they did not even want to listen to me. They hung up on the phone. They have all their T&Cs in small font so they are setting you up for failure. They don't help you and leave you high and dry. DO NOT be tempted by the price. I suggest you go directly to the car company and not go ever go through these 3rd party websites.

Reservation got canceled because of no show due to delayed flight
I had a car reservation for 3 days, my flight got delayed, and the OK mobility office was closed when I arrived. I came the next morning to collect my car and they told me that the reservation is canceled because of no show.
I called the offices in Spain and there was no empathy or any will to find a solution.
How on earth are you treating your customers like that? When we travel delays are more than the normal to happen. How can I control all the airline delays or the office hours ? I tried to call OK mobility and inform them that I will be a little delayed but no one picked ip the phone. I arrived 10 mins after they closed.
This is beyond unacceptable. I was a very loyal customer , even suggesting Carjet to friends. This is not gonna happen anymore and there will be only disappointment for your company from now on.
Since the car is paid for 3 days I don’t understand how the reservation is cancelled. I arrived this morning to the airport and I only got bad news from OK mobility and your customer service line.
The dissatisfaction for your company is in another level. You kept the money for a reservation that didn’t happen in the end and you don’t pay your vendor. That’s why they weren’t giving me the car.
And the reply on my email to your customer service was beyond ridiculous.
