easy to book, good informations for each type of car

A very simple straight forward and easy booking process

Easy to navigate, and modify my booking.

I would have gone for 5 stars, if was not for the following: after all transactions - and payment - were done, I got an email re insurance. It informed that the insurer will draw a reservation of 2.500 euro.
This should have been informed up-front!
It is a poor insurance-arrangement, inplying hazzard and work for the customer if damage occurs.
Now it is too late, but next time i’m renting a car in Nice (I’m doning it twice a year), I’ll go for a rental firm with a more mature and customer-friendly insurance package.

Easy process to book a car online and the optional insurance is definitely good for value compared to other car rentals.

I rented a car on carjet.com to be picked up on East Midlands airport, including extra protection for 30 EUR (final price was 151 EUR/4 days). They called me that small car is not available, but we can upgrade for 10 GBP a day to bigger one. So I visited nearby office (Alamo company), They did not informed me about anything, but let me sign few pages on tablet (upgrade, insurance, car pick up). And I ended up paying extra 146 GPB. They charged me extra protection again (15 GBP a day) and Airport fee (22 GBP). So be careful what you are signing when they offer you to upgrade the car. I ended up with car that carjet offering for 170 eur including extra protection, but payed 320 eur.

This was scam.

Good value for money, cheap full risk insurance.
The minus point was that the price of the car has been increased by 30 Euro after I entered the card details.
I had to enter them again but for 30 Euro more!!!!!!!!

I had to cancel my reservation 24 hours after making it. The reason is the rating for AddCar. over 99% negative comments on this vendor. It reminded me of a terrible experience I had a couple years ago. I'm not sure why you guys associate yourselves with these terrible vendors.
Follow up comment: Very sad reply from CarJet, that just goes to confirm why suspicions. CarJet , Why you do not have a real reviews listed for this vendor on your site? I had to google them to find a real reviews and they all 1 star, real customers call this vendor a scam and ripping people off their money by the classic "bait & Switch" .furthermore, when I pointed that to you and the best you can do is some lame answer. you chose to continue to associate yourself with them, soon you will have the same rating as them and your business model will ultimately fail.

Terrible, was told to add an additional driver I can do it online. Online says I can only add an additional driver when I pick up the car. Why do we also need to present our passports?

It was very easy with plenty of options

I made a booking and accidentally entered the wrong email address. Afterwards, the system stated that if I had not received an email, I should check the email address I provided. That is when I realized it was incorrect, and there was no way for me to change it.

I then wanted to cancel the booking, but despite trying to contact customer support for 3 days, I have received no proper assistance. Even though it clearly states “free cancellation,” I am not being refunded my deposit.

Additionally, the car provider has still not received any cancellation request, and they informed me that they did not receive the money — it was received by CarJet.

Terrible customer support.

Quick & efficient

They might offer good which i took. I had issues during my rental and sent emails and call their phone number for 5 days ZERO reply or response. Don’t recommend them especially in country that rental car representatives may scam customers.

Never used before, but dont see any point of contact for rental or place to pay in full if wanted.
