I was so pleased when I receive my order which was moonstone earrings. I opened the package and thought how beautiful they were and made to a hight quality. There are several other pieces I would like to get for some of my grandchildren for Christmas. I have sixteen grandchildren, two of them like gothic items. The jewellery caters for all tastes. I have sent the link to my sister. There is an owl ring my grandson would love I will be getting him for Christmas. Some other items I would like myself and some for my sister and a few I know a few of my grandchildren would love for Christmas. The orders are at great prices, quick delivery and of exceptional quality. I have my earrings on and have not taken them off yet. I love them, anyone purchasing any Carla jewelry will not be disappointed.

Do NOT purchase from this company. Far from being hand crafted the item I purchased was mass produced in China. It bore little resemblance to the photo. Very cheap looking. When I attempted to return it they didn't provide instructions for literally months. When they finally did the return address was in China and it would have cost nearly as much to send it back as the original price. I will donate it. Perhaps some child will like it.

The service and communication were great. Delivery was good. Did not have to wait forever. The cat and owl necklaces I bought were really cute, just wish that the chains didn’t look so cheap. No problem tho as they’re for my young granddaughters.

Carla Jewellery is not all it appears. This company sells knowingly inferior items from the images online. What I saw was not what arrived. After various emails attempting to address this it resulted in nothing other than a lot of eager apologetic responses. There's no sign that this company is closing down despite the bleeding heart messages on the website. I hoped this company would have demonstrated some professionalism and care for their customers. Not a company I would recommend to anyone or purchase from again. Jamie 🍍
I did email Carla Jewellery and reminded them of my experience and how they had responded poor as well as dismissing my response. I haven't heard back. I wonder if this will jog there memory.
