An excellent service of great pasta
An excellent service of great pasta. I grumbled a bit to my wife when I found that the postage was to be £4.85 on a single small bag of pasta. Anyhow, the order went through and I did not say anything - so imagine my delight when the delivery came through with a delightful note from Giovanni Carleschi saying that he thought the delivery charge was a bit too much and so he had put in extra pasta for free to make up. What super service, and what super pasta - we will be ordering more. MC

5 kG bag of Emmer Casarecce
Good delivery and quality. I find the cooking smell lovely, although that may be the case for wholemeal. I was looking for a British pasta alternative and reducing waste, this delivers both end. Not sure if I can pick up the flavours mentioned (although I am bad at that), but does taste nice (although I like wholemeal taste).
The shape holds up well even if I am distracted and over cook it.

Spelt pasta is excellent. Easier to digest than wheat. The passion in its production is evident.
