Worst service ever.
Tom and Nathan was dealing with my loan and I have chase them for every single time about status and when I was on my way to pick up a car they never answer my call and I have to call finance company direct for document,
I will never go with this carloans.com.au again.
Rates and repayment was also different what was quoted. and I can’t go anywhere else a they already done the credit check.
After chase about different rates and repayment I got answer issues in there system was calculating wrong.

Awesome and reliable service and communication with Melanie, everything was completed quick and easy even during this busy time, and really helped my family... Thank you Melanie

Daniel Wood was awesome to work with. He kept me in the loop at all times and nothing was too much trouble. He has an excellent telephone manner and is always friendly and upbeat. It has been a pleasure dealing with Daniel. Lindy from WA.

Okhan was an absolute legend. Incredibly helpful. My work schedule is pretty backwards compared to the normal world and he was always happy to help, including the Sunday night in his own time the day before the loan settled. If the rest of the people that work for this carloans are even half as good as he is, then you'll be a very happy customer.

Matt Cary what a gentleman to deal with, process was painless and I was kept informed along the way,I was given options I would recommend this service to anyone looking for automotive loan, sure be skepticle as I was but as the process was explained and easy to understand I’m no longer a skeptic and will use car loans.com.au when it’s time to purchase another vehicle.
