Sold me a fake Dyson Airwrap. $399.00 down the drain! Not very nice to take advantage of people like that. If you sell a cheaper replica, just say it. Don't fool people into buying the real thing. I requested money back but am sure CarloMaderno will not cooperate. Will write updates as they come.

Update from my hairdryer…… I had to contact my CC company as they stated they would give me a full refund in 7-14 business days almost 3 weeks after cancelling my order.

The 7-14 days ago was 15 days ago and still no refund. Their customer service is like Houdini and just vanished into thin air.

I highly recommend not purchasing anything from this site as they are a complete scam.

Bought a Counterfeit Dyson Airwrap system. I paid $399.00 for the system. When it arrived a month later, the pieces were cheaply made, broken, the authentication tag with serial # was manually added to the cord. I verified with the Dyson company that the serial number was fake. I have been trying to get Carlo Maderno to send me an RMA to return for a full refund yet they just want to play games. If you purchase this from them, contact Dyson immediately to confirm it is authentic. Carlo Maderno is not a reseller for Dyson.

Do NOT buy from this site. I ordered and paid $150 for a pair of size 8.5 Nike Atmos back in the spring. After approximately one month, I received a pair of Nike Dia de los Muertos Air Max size 9.5. I finally decided to try to resell this pair on StockX and just received notification that the shoes are not genuine. Now I am stuck with a pair of fake shoes that don't fit anyone in my household. Save yourself the time, money and trouble and avoid this Scam site.

They sent me the wrong shoes, not the shoes I ordered or the size I ordered. Also took a lot longer for shipment. I had left many messages because of the shoes not arriving anywhere near the time they were supposed to. They even got smart with me on their messages. Do not ever buy from Carlo maderno. It's funny how these people talk smack out of arms reach especially when they are the ones at fault. They didn't refund me or send correct shoes. SCAM!!!!

I've had the worst experience with Carlo maderno I've place a order since April 6th they send me the wrong sneakers and it was fake i send it back to the address that was on the package and emailed them the tracking number and i paid for it myself to send it back and that was their mistake until this day i still have no refund and no sneakers I've been going back and forth with them for over 2 months over emailed beware they are a scam do not waste your money if i have to go to every website to write a negative review that's what i am gonna.... They don't deserve to be in business

Back again it's June 15th at this point since i placed this order april 16th still no product no refund i got an email from them since last week saying they issued me a refund for me to delete the negative review still no refund...A $130 down the drain the worst ever.!!!!

took about a month for me to finally get the shoes that i ordered. but when i did get them they were in great shape and they were not fake. i’ll most likely being buying from them again

I've ordered from this company numerous times with no issue and this is the first time I've had to encounter their customer service dept. My package never arrived- instead of offering a refund or replacement, carlomaderno has now placed me in the middle of an investigation of the "delivered" product with their hired shipping company. This investigation could take up to 10 business days, during which I'll get 1-3 calls from said shipping company and if the phone goes unanswered for any reason, I have to report the issue to carlomaderno again and restart the investigation process. I've never heard of such foolishness and no matter the result of the investigation or the resolution, they've lost a customer.

I ordered a pair of Old Friend Clog slippers and the cost was $69 (US).+ $25 (US) shipping. The slippers arrived C.O.D. by UPS. Carlomaderno never mentioned on their site: Customs, Broker's Fee GST (provincial sales tax) on the slippers and Broker's Fee. the cost was $47. (CDN)= $35.55 (US). These $69 shoes cost me $170 (CDN)= $128 (US) I live in Canada. Nowhere on carlomaderno checkout page, there is any mention of Duty, Broker's Fee, Tax or C.O.D. The clogs are nice but not $170 nice. Anyone from Canada purchasing shoes from carlomaderno had better be beware of hidden costs and fees.

If I could do ZERO stars I would! I ordered a pair of shoes Feb 2021 for $130 + tax. Total was about $145. I've been checking on them ever since! (15-30 day delivery is complete BS) If you try to contact the company it goes to an answering service. The answering service has NO info about your order and has no info on this company as well! (They are doing their own investigating into this company now) All I ever get back is random tracking # screenshots, always showing a label has been created. All emails are from a Victoria Puccini. Kept offering me discounts on my future orders.1st was $20 off next order, then $50 off next order. (As if I'm going to order anything ever again!?) After speaking with the manager of the answering service at length, they said this company is new and run by 1 man. They said I am not the 1st call by far that has this same story. FINALLY 3 mo later a pair of random shoes show up. No where near what I ordered and NO where near the size I ordered. I think they just sent something to shut me up. I have no idea if I will ever get my money back or be able to return these shoes. I will update this review, when and if something additional happens. You have been warned. Please learn from my nightmare!

Update: As you can see they replied...
1st, it was not delayed for Coronavirus. After the actual shipping label was made, the shoes arrived fairly quickly. I was given several fake screen shots of other labels previously. We all order online and Coronavirus delays are not an excuse at all. Nothing is delayed for that in April 2021, but nice try!

2nd, I absolutely did NOT get the correct shoe. The shoe I ordered was FROST MINT (a mint green color), and the one I received was ALL BLACK! If this site let you load a picture, i would show receipt and actual item! We'll see how long it takes to get a refund! I will gladly ship them back at carlomaderno's expense, I have no use for these shoes! I ordered a size 7 and got a 10.5! 7 sizes too big and completely wrong color! I WISH, they would've at least been the correct size so I could just keep them and move on, but no such luck. Side note, he has the time to respond on this site, but have had NO response to the email I sent a few days ago letting them know of the mistake. Sorry Carlomaderno.com, your scam has been exposed... and not just by me. There are plenty of others with my exact same story!

5-19-21: UPDATE!
Still NO refund! I have sent numerous requests for a refund and have not received anything except them telling me to return the shoes to an address in ISRAEL. I told them I would happily return them if they sent me a postage paid label because I was NOT paying shipping to ISRAEL for a SCAM. They have also sent me an email saying I might get a refund if I remove this review. Said I would get $50 off next order repeatedly... Those emails have been turned over to TrustPilot for review. I have also talked to their answer service again, and they are starting their own investigation into who they are answering the phones for. Address is:

okay so I ordered a pair of shoes from this website on december 27 2020!! and after a few months I was pretty sure they were never gonna come so I lost hope. buuut they finally arrived on april 22!! they are really nice and even though it took awhile to come, I didn’t waste my money so yay!

I placed an order for a single pair of shoes on 12/13/2020 and received an email confirmation same day. Their shipping and handling policy says 15-30 days so I waited until 01/25/2021 and emailed them for an update and explanation for the delay and lack of communication. “Victoria Puccini” responded with a ridiculous explanation about the shoes being at a warehouse, changing shipping carriers and to wait patiently. She also promised a $10 discount on my next order, like she thought I would want to place another order. I emailed the company again on 02/16/2021 and requested a full refund. Victoria emailed back agains saying that the package had shipped with USPS and to wait...15-30 days yet again! I told her I no longer wanted to do business with her company and requested the full refund, but she denied it, saying to wait and if I did not receive the shoes within 14 days then she would refund me. I emailed again on 04/01/2021 to AGAIN ask for a refund and have not received a response. What an unacceptable way to do business. And yes, I checked my order number several times during these past few months and at no point was the status available for tracking. Order number 200020504.

Update (05/01/21): I see that the company responded to my review, saying I not only received the shoes but, “great compensation”. False. The ONLY thing I received from them was my money back! But that was only after writing the initial review that they finally acquiesced my numerous requests to do so. This company flunked business school.

Scam! I got scammed out of $130 for a pair of shoes. It’s been over 3 months and never got them. They send email stall tactics but it’s all just a joke. I will be reporting them to a friend of mine who works for fraud for the secret service.

I purchased a pair of shoes. Cost 212.00 from them. Says i would receive within 15-30 days. Still have yet to receive them. At least two contacts to customer service. They just keep replying the same thing that I should receive the product within 30 days even though we are past the 30 days. At this point I guess im out the 212.00. Guess I should have done research. Its just that I buy so many shoes from different sites and this particular site kept being recommended in my search. So I decided to give it a shot. Well live and learn. But at this point I definitely feel cheated and scammed so everyone else knows not to waste your time and money. I took the chance so you dont have to. Save your money guys!!! They are a scam!

So the company finally responded and said they would give me a refund however it didn’t get back onto my card. After numerous attempts to get the refund the company stated that they didn’t have my shoe size. I then received several emails stating that the package was still on the way. Funny when they already told me that it was en route for 2 months. Only to find out it was never coming. I finally threatened to involve the police. I then received only a partial refund. Needless to say I ordered in January and its April. I don’t have the shoes or the rest of my money and the company arrogantly responded to my review on this site stating that they gave me a refund and they will give me a discount on my next purchase. I will never spend my money with this company again! They are a scam!!!
