Very easy returns
Delivery was quick and efficient. Boots were absolutely beautiful but unfortunately too narrow for my foot. Returns were straightforward and money back in my account quickly.

Bought a fantastic pair of suede boots…
Bought a fantastic pair of suede boots in the sale on the 18th September while I was shopping with my mum in Richmond. The lady who served me was absolutely delightful, I think she may have been from N Zealand? So polite and helpful. Couldn’t recommend enough. Will be back!!

The products were dirty and used. There were differences in colour. So I ordered a new parcel. Then when I tried to return, they said the 2 weeks have passed and I have to keep the parcel and worn and dirty shoes. They did not even proposed that I want to return the sheas, they will give me a voucher for next time shopping.

Unfortunately I did not consider the boots I ordered good quality or value for money. The boots purchased was in the sale and even at the sale price I felt they were extremely overpriced. On the positive side customer service was extremely helpful with the return and sent the returns label very quickly so I was able to send my purchase back and my refund was felt with swiftly

A good on-line shopping experience
The boots I ordered arrived quickly, and were delivered by courier who waited for me to answer the doorbell. Usually, couriers will ring the doorbell and then leave the parcel on the doorstep without waiting for the door to be opened.
The boots were of very good quality, but unfortunately I had to return them because they were slightly too small. I returned them to my local Carl Scarpa store, and received an e-mail shortly afterwards to confirm the return. Altogether, a good shopping experience.

Not the cheapest sandals , but great quality . I’ve bought from Carl Scarpa in the past and the quality is excellent . Footwear lasts . The soft leather adds a touch of luxury too .
