Brilliant Service by Top Company
Redditch Local Museum is a Charity relying on local support. Took a chance, loved the friendly helpful staff and gave them the order. had no idea they were so good. Fast professional service, turned up on time did a perfect job with much more than just a smile. Donated the blinds to us without asking. Genuinely Customer Focused...
There are not many companies around nowadays that have a genuine customer focused approach to sales and customer service, however I found one👍.
I popped into Carlton Blinds and was welcomed by friendly staff who helped me out with my problem blinds.
Within a short space of time one of the fitters, Mark popped round to fit some blinds, what a true professional, not only good at his job but clean, tidy, friendly and above all enjoyed his job..
I was highly impressed with the complete package from them, considering we had been to other blind companies previously... Say no more...
I would definitely recommend Carlton blinds to friends and family as (I later found out) they are a family run company that pride themselves on customer satisfaction, and it shows.

Fantastic company
I have had Carlton several times over a number of years and cannot speak highly enough of this company. From booking the appointment to putting up blinds and curtains they give first class, efficient and friendly service.Good value too. Will be using them again soon.

Very pleased with wooden slat Venetian blind fitted yesterday. Whole process from advice and quotation stage to final fitting excellent. All covid safe, carpet covered and Dan wore overshoes. No mess, just a little dust that was swept up and taken away together with all packaging.

Could not fault. Brilliant.
Dan arrived 2.5 hours early but it was fine. He took down 2 existing tracks because he was early so we had not yet done. No mess. Cleared up after himself. Would not know he had been in the property. 3 bedroom flat (8 blinds in total) all done within an hour. Looks awesome. Friendly, professional service, excellent price and quality, would definitely recommend.
