Easy and quick to book and buy ticket.

Fantastic customer service from Jeet and colleagues from the start, prompt replies, paperwork, add ons, hassle and stress free holiday booking

Very good customer service, I wanted to cancel and refund my ticket I had just booked as I did it for the wrong day like an wally and it was done quickly and efficiently with only a £75 deduction

Outstanding and fabulous experience provided by Mayur, we booked our family trip to Rome and Mayur was able to get exciting offers and helped with all our queries in depth, infact he suggested us better flights and routes which worked very well.

We booked our flight to USA through Carlton Leisure and would not use them again.
We arrived for our return flight to find we were not booked on the flight - spent over an hour at the check in desk trying to resolve until the flight closed. 2 crying children and frazzled parents at 8pm at night in LA.
- Contact centre is not 24/7 so we were 8 hours behind when issue happened and they were closed so had no support.
- We relied on the airline who they bought the ticket through despite saying onus was on booking agent to issue the ticket correctly
they have taken no responsibility for ticket issuance
they have not investigated the issue they just passed back to the airline who again said agents issue.
We have had to bare the cost of extra night ourselves.

- We were not able to book food for allergy through them
- We called and were put under pressure to accept a price as links were sent to make payment immediately
- Took their time to issue the tickets and had to chase them several times.

Overall not a great experience and would not use them would rather book with airline and know I had accountability.

Booked my 2027 flights from London to Thailand through Carlton Leisure. The price was very competitive—much better than booking direct. The process was straightforward, and I received my confirmation and e-tickets almost immediately. Very happy with the service so far. 5 stars!

Refunds take 2 - 3 working WEEKS, not days !

Booked return flights through Carlton Leisure and received an email three days later stating the airline could not confirm the booking. I was offered either alternative dates or a full refund.

Given the uncertainty, I immediately arranged alternative flights directly with the airline and replied the same day accepting the refund.

Six days later, Carlton Leisure contacted me to say the flights had now been confirmed. I explained that I had already accepted the refund and no longer required the booking. I was then told, among other things, that I would need to pursue a refund for my replacement flights myself — which is clearly unreasonable.

After multiple follow-ups, they have now indicated they will process a refund, but only after I mentioned escalating the matter via my credit card provider.

It has now been over two weeks since I accepted their original refund offer, and I have still not received my money.

This experience shows a lack of control over bookings and a reluctance to honour agreed refunds without escalation. I would strongly recommend booking directly with the airline rather than using this company.

I have been waiting for a refund for months, someone works there called pooja, she is very arrogant, and ignores your emails, and does not give very much clarity.

Talking to the lady name Jazz, was excellent she is very professional and have a good grip on her job. She explained me everything regarding my upcoming travel matter in a very positive and friendly manner.
Now I'm happy and thank full that I got my solution.

Great process

These days people are being fooled by illogical prices and bad travel dates and waitings. What grabbed my attention about Carlton Leisure is their nice offers. I hope they remain a reliable and affordable company for hardworking people who cannot afford high ticket prices.
