Carlton's service has been exceptional. Having installed and maintained our aircon units now for a number of years, in this last service we urgently needed a unit moved from it's position on a deck to a wall mount.
We made the request and within days Carlton had a team onsite who made quick work of the repositioning.

I have recently had two call-outs as our heating was not coming on. The first visit was recorded as 3 hours, which was certainly not my recollection - I said the engineer could sign on my behalf, which was a mistake, as I received a bill for £370. The second visit (to fit a part which I ordered and collected) was charged at just under £80. The engineer was pleasant and tried to be helpful, but the system is not functioning properly, and I would have appreciated some advice on how to programme the new part.

It's a quick service (about 15mins) and all the boxes on the maint. sheets are checked - , some of the checks like checking the water pressure, ensure the controller and thermostats are working, condition of cylinder, you could do yourself. There's very little advice given re settings. The whole experience is a little underwhelming. I would like Carlton to offer a free call out if anything actually fails.

Supplied a faulty Burko boiler. Wouldn’t replace it. Had to register the warranty then burco got involved asking what the problem was. Then after that asking for a video of something that can’t be seen. 0 out of 10 for after sales. Once Carlton have sold you the product they are not interested. They pass it on to the manufacturer. This boiler went into special needs school so it was imperative that it works. I got the boiler repaired out of my own pocket. If I was to wait on Carlton it would still not be working now. Once bitten.

Great service! Goods arrived when they should; fitter turned up and installed glasswasher, ensuring everything was working as it should and instructed my staff on how to use it. And they took the old one away! What more could you ask for?

Great service. Some slight delays when ordering and price confirmation but engineers were very professional and the unit was installed without issue. They were very respectful of the property, and left the room as they found it. The unit is very good, works very well so much so I feel like I’m in the artic! Roll on another sweltering summer I’m ready 😜

Quick, Clean and efficent

I wanted a good quality air conditioning unit and Ordered from Carlton. The unit I wanted was discontinued by the manufacturers and Carlton quickly got in touch and were very helpful. The alternative from the same manufacturer seemed just right and so was dispatched at speed. Cindy from accounts was so good at ensuring I received the difference owing to me. I have no hesitation in recommending Carlton to anyone needing a quality air conditioning unit.
