I ordered watches in may 2023….I have sent many mail… no watch

I think the company is closed…

I ordered 2 watches from them in desember. Its now september and i stil haven’t recieved my watches and they dont answer my emails. Do not order from this site its scam

Hi all. Great news, after four (4!) months of waiting and still no watch, multiple emails requesting cancellation and getting my money back, well I just got my money back, and it wasn’t from Carl Oscar watches. I had to request my money back through Mastercard. Report your problems to your credit card company and let them compensate you and deal with Carl Oscar watches (and hopefully their future ability to be a merchant in Visa/Mastercard network.

2 months later still No watch and they only say i’ll have to wait

I ordered my watch weeks ago, haven't recieved any update on when it will be shipped, no tracking information. I have sent this company many emails but no reply.

This company seem untrustworthy, my next plan is to visit their office at Ulvsundavägen 176, 168 67 Bromma and get my money back.

I ordered a card holder from Carl watches online by end of last year. After tow months of waiting for the delivery I contacted them. It seemed to me what there were saying was that they are experience delay in the delivery and they are working on the issue. But I don't want to wait any longer so I requested them to cancel my order and return my money. I didn't get any response from them since my request to cancel my order. I wrote to them to know what is going on but what no reply for my follow up mails either. If anyone has an idea how to reach them please share that would be helpful. Be wary when you shop with them.

The watch was in good contition but the delivery was a little slow but other than that everything was great!

Great watches for a great price. One downside is that it took a bit long time for the delivery to come

Kinda long delivery but no lie because it said delivery could be up to 2 weeks and I got mine in good condition after 1,5 weeks

The watch looks great and feels good. Nice to get the tool to remove links.

I ordered on sunday the 29th and saw the trustpilot reviews saying they recieved their order very late. I still wnet ahead but i paid extra for express shipping (1-2 days instead of free 1-5 day shipping) bc i wanted to be sure it would arrive on time bc it is a gift. Adter 2 working days and the order not being handeled yet i sent an email through the form on their website. They claimed they always respond on 24h or less but that didnt happen. More than a day later i sent a proper email to their support email and still havent recieved a reply. Im hoping they will see this review and respond so i can get my order.

Ordered fast delivery and still had to wait almost a week for 1 of 2 items i ordered to arrive

It’s is a great watch I love it it was some days late but it’s a lovely watch and I am very happy with my order
