UPDATE - After having issues below I am more than happy with the resolution provided by the company and I would certainly now give them another chance in the future.

Not very happy. I ordered on 31st March. It's now 9th April. Not even with the courier yet. Then it has to survive Evri. Funny it said despatched on April 1st - must have been April fools.

Disappointing – wish I’d gone for generic mats instead
Delivery took over 8 days, which was longer than expected.
These are marketed as tailored, heavy-duty rubber mats and they are nicely cut to size. However, the overall quality is disappointing. They don’t sit firmly in place and tend to move around easily. The edges also curl and roll, which isn’t ideal for a working taxi.
I expected a thicker, more substantial product given they are advertised as 5mm. If they are indeed that thickness, the material doesn’t feel robust enough and would benefit from being heavier and more rigid.
Based on how they feel and perform, I don’t expect them to last very long under daily use.
Overall, they look the part but don’t perform as expected.

We're glad to hear the mats are well cut to size, but we do want to address a couple of points. Our rubber mats are indeed manufactured to 3mm and are designed to be a robust, heavy-duty product. So we're confident in the specification. That said, we do take feedback seriously and always look to improve where we can.

Top quality mats and a great fit in my MG ZT. I was kept fully uo to date on their progress from ordering to them being delivered and they are far better than previous fitted Mats I have bought from other suppliers.
Wouldn't hesitate to order from again for any other cars that will need mats.

Feels Like a Scam – Item Never Dispatched
Ordered item with “next-day delivery” (Order No: 2000468744). After more than a week, tracking still shows only “label generated,” meaning the parcel was never dispatched. No response from customer support despite multiple messages.
I also noticed that most reviews are 5 stars, but my experience was completely different, which makes the ratings feel unreliable.
Misleading delivery claim and poor communication. Would not recommend.

The production facility along with our customer service dept reopens tomorrow as do the couriers. Due to this, your order will continue production and will be dispatched and delivered within your delivery window.

Can you please confirm your order number so I can look into this for you? I only have one order on our system under this name so I'd assume this is yourself.
If it is yourself, your order details show Economy delivery which is around 7 working days (not next day).
If the order is yours, I can see your order was sent to production on the 30th of March so taking into the effect of the bank holiday, we are currently on the 4th working day.
Your estimated delivery date would be on or before 9th of April. That confirms the order is actually running on time.
When you placed your order, we would have sent you an email confirming the order has entered production and we would have explained in the same email, when to expect delivery and indeed, that your order is made to order so to allow time for that.
We also explain in your confirmation that you will receive a tracking number when we process the order. This allows you to track the progress and also plan for delivery.
Did you receive our confirmation email?
If you were in a hurry, did you know we also offer a 1-2 working day delivery window and 2-3? As you chose Economy, this is why it's not due for delivery until next week.
Whilst we are very busy at the moment due to new car vehicle registrations, deliveries are now running on schedule.

Just received my new set of car mats…
Just received my new set of car mats and they are supposed to be high quality platinum car mats and I paid a lot of money for these mats
But looking at them now they certainly are not worth the money at all they are very thin and certainly not worth the money I paid for them as they are the same quality as a set half that price

If you have ordered the Platinum car mats from us, I'd be very surprised to hear you don't love the quality? They're the thickest pile available on the market and a fraction of the price if you were to buy that quality in OEM. In fact, for a similar quality (OEM), you'd pay upwards of £150.
The only possible scenario is you've received the wrong item which can be easily rectified if this is the case.

Boot mat is just cheap garbage that doesnt even fit correctly , nothing rubber about it , its hard plastic that will scratch the interior over time.
Tried calling them but no one answered. I try and use other companies other than Amazon all the time but now I have ordered a real rubber one from them knowing if its not what they say it is I will get an imediate refund.
Wont be using this company again.

I don't have an order number so I can't confirm you've ordered with us? If you're referring to our PVC Boot Liner, it is indeed manufactured from a PVC material, not Rubber.
This is as described on the product listing and displayed in the product photos. I can also assure you, our Boot Liners do not damage or scratch the interior, they do however do a fantastic job of protecting it from damage.

I found carmats4u on face book, looked at the products and service provided, I then contacted them with my reqirement . They got stright back to me, explaining the process.
I put my order in with the little changes I wanted to personalise my luxury mats, although I couldn't have exactly what I wanted the team offered some suggestions. So with that advise, my mats got made and sent out !
I received the mats a few days after, I must say I'm impressed!!!
not just either the mats, with the overall service I received. I will defo be making another order, when I change my car again 👌🏻😁😁

Rubber mats made to fit my Mazda CX5 are as good as Mazda originals at a fraction of the price. In particularly like the options available, I went for stitching that matches the colour of my seat stitching.

Ordered 2 sets of mats on 24th March, delivery supposed to be via Evri. Sent email yesterday 31st March and still no response. Tracking number given but that's it! For good customer service should respond to email. Hope they are of good quality if they ever arrive.
