Placed order in October 2024 and have had no response to emails asking for my order or where it is. Have not received to this date june 2025. Will be taking this further.

Scam!! Why can’t the website be shut down to prevent further people being scammed!!

Carmelo Car Mats is a scam company. Ordered mats on 26 June 2024 and received fake order number and tracking number and ticket case. Then emailed them even month since with no reply. Sadly, it is over the 3 month period to get even PayPal to refund. Their website looks professional and even allows customer to select colours to customise for your car. Don't fall for the scam!

These folks took my money for an EXPEDITED order (7-10 day), and after 6 weeks, I couldn't get them to communicate with me. You are throwing your money away here. No phone number, no email dialog, just a "we're really busy, but will respond in the next few days. 10 days later, they still hadn't. I had to get my bank, and Paypal to leverage a refund.

After waiting quite some time, contacted them with no response.
Decided to check on companies house to find that the company dissolved in August 2023.
Professional looking website so had no suspicions before ordering

Steer well clear. Ordered on the 4th of April, didn't arrive so emailed, emailed and sent Facebook messages. Received an email from them stating the mats had been dispatched and a tracking provided. Tracking number on parcel apps couldn't be traced
Company didn't respond to any contact so raised a paypal dispute which they didn't respond to. Thankfully paypal resolved in my favour. Don't bother with this company

Total scam company - wish I had read this page before ordering. Do no use or you will be throwing your money away. No contact telephone number and when you email them you just get an automated reply. Ordered mats on the 13th May and have chased several times. I will be claiming this on my credit card - luckily I didn't pay by debit card. But I guess it will take a few months to sort out. Could kick myself.

I ordered a boot liner for my Taycan Turismo in April. I recieved an email on the first of May to say the product had shipped. I have been unable to track my delivery and I have had no response to my emails since then and we're now half way through June. I fear this may be a scam company. I now have the pain of going through PayPal to get a refund. Regretting I didn't read Trustpilot first.

SCAM!!!! Ordered on March 26 March, it’s now June 4th. Emailed multiple times. No product and one response early but nothing since March.

What a joke!

Ordered mats said out for delivery waited over 8 weeks nothing came through. I got pay pal involved suddenly 5 days later the mats turned up . Total wrong colour so message the company who told me to cancel my pay pal return request and they would send me out a new set . I'm not a silly person but wanted to see what would happen and it was only £130 so no big drama. Once I cancelled the email stopped no replying at all my dogs are now sleeping on there cheap imitation mats don't buy from this company low cost cheap tack
Keep my money because I'm just going to keep telling people what your company is

Ordered a set of mats.

Ordered some car matts about 8 weeks ago says out for delivery with 0 tracking updates just becoming a joke I’m ringing my bank today for a refund as it’s now fraud

Initially asked for samples as my partner was torn between two colours. The reply was they don't do samples and to look at the website. The colour on the website was nowhere near what was received. The fit isn't very good either. I won't be going near this company again.

Unfortunately 1 have to gave a 1*.I paid £269 for car mats that i never received.Emailed the company who said they would issue a refund within ten working days.I didn’t see why i should wait as my payment was taken instantly.I waited the tens days and no refund.I emailed again and no reply.I have now had to go to my bank to try to recover the money.This company is a scam.Avoid at all costs

Waiting 3 months for delivery to Ireland , 140 euro for mats ,no response, no Contact number !!! Scam ! Avoid at all cost!

Paid a premium price for mats that arrived very late, and were absolutely rubbish. Labels falling off, mats not fitting, creases all around the mats and all in all, very bad quality. Carmelo are a scam, and they have changed their trustpilot name to CM Builds with the aim of not having any accountability of their sub-par service and products. The mats are priced at a premium amount, but they are cheap, and are shipped from China. The quality is extremely bad.

Left a review, as Carmelo did not reply to any communication. Then Tommy replied a long time after, saying he was apparently on annual leave and missed emails. He suggested removing my initial bad review from Trust Pilot so he could refund me. He has since gone missing again and ignoring emails. I am therefore going through the charge back process with my credit card company instead.

Do not buy from Carmelo. Waste of time and money.

Total scammer. After contacting the Credit card Fraud team I have since been contacted by Tommy Ray to say” if I remove the bad review he will refund the the payment I made” this is not how business is done.
Now had email contact Today from trust pilot to say that CM BUILDS are asking why I left this review. It’s because CARMELOMATS.COMs review page has either hijacked CM BUILDs or Cmbuilds is a fake too. I don’t expect to receive my refund now. All I can say to all that should read this firstly check company house. Then look at the address and check on google maps to view the company in the UK
All though the website looks fantastic and very teasing, I would not risk LOOSING your monies.

After making full payment for my car mats, over a month nothing using the tracking number they’ve sent me and no help from customer service.
They are scam! Don’t buy there!
Just waisted over 300 dollars…..

"I received my car mats after waiting for about 6 weeks. The company claimed to design the mats according to my car's measurements, but unfortunately, they don't fit correctly. I am very disappointed with this and consider it a scam by the company. I have already sent emails to their customer service team, but haven't received any response yet. To be honest, I am not surprised by this. I regret not doing proper research before purchasing from them."
