Misleading website and poor quality – no customer support

This site is a scam.
I have purchased a dress which was listed for 200 euros and on sale for 60.
the website appears as a local shop from Valencia but in reality the items are shipped from China.
The quality is very poor. The product arrived without any label and it's very cheap material, completely different from what is advertised.

I have contacted them multiple times to request a return and refund, and have received no reply whatsoever. There is effectively no customer service, despite claims on the website that they are available 7 days a week.
