Helpful kind genuine people helped when I needed it, actually spoke to a person no automated bots and I now have my car and all within a few weeks of finding it

Don’t use this company they ring you 20 times a day before you choose a car then after you get the card less than useless no contact no help at all stay well clear should have just ended any deal with them after my last review travelling 400+ miles to be told I had to pay an admin fee of over 400 pound

Up till now the car was not deliver for my use. I have incurred £2100 yet without having the car. Insurance cancelled because I couldn't fix the black box in the car since it was not delivered to me despite all efforts

Well my car was not as described, arrived with the service light on.
So not so delighted

They were supposed to be giving me a phone call about it but I guess they know that they are in the wrong.
So be warned people, stay well clear of carmoney !!!

Won't do anything unless its over it's just silence and heavy breathing down the phone. Call them back, you go on hold then get cut off.

Explained that I can't just drop everything to be on a call, and email would be the best bet, when you respond to their emails, they just ignore it.

Got a good deal really efficient with great after sales service.

The staff were very helpful in helping me go through the entire car loan experience.
They got the best deal for me and would phone/text me to keep up dated through the entire process. Can fault them and they even kept me right after I got the car.
