The car will be delivered to me in two weeks (as scheduled), and my experience with the salesman Jelle Werrie was in one word, Fantastic!

He answered all our questions with patience and in details. Very much appreciate it.

I bought a toyota yaris on 6th of August 2022.

Acc. to advertisement, Car has electrical windows, light-sensor and autonomparking system but these features are not available.

We have been trying to reach the company for 4 work days but nobody has picked up the phone or returned our request. (Several times, we also left messages through the system but no response)

How can you trust an online car sale company if their sales are based on wrong advertisement and they don't pick up the phone.

One more important topic: as per our sales agreement, the car should be maintenance-free for the next 10k km but in 7.5k km, we need to bring it to the service. So even this was also incorrect.

But how can I solve these topics by myself without any communication?
How can I trust a company if an advertisement is false?

I bought a car but is not the car on the website.

My first time buying a car at Carnext, and it was an amazing experience. Very helpful and respectful staff. The overall service was great. Bought a Fiat 500 and I am very happy I bought it from this company. I 100% recommend it to anyone.

The car is good and the process is easy, but there are unpleasant surprises. For example, after I paid online, they informed me that the car has only winter tires and needs service. Maybe I could have learned it if I spent time talking to them before purchasing. But if you just buy on the website, be prepared for surprises like that.

After a misunderstanding that was cleared out, my experience today with Carnext was excellent. The seller was very helpful, apologized and sorted the situation, we had the test drive and now the process is ongoing. Very good effort to sort things out.

CarNext provides the best range of Car within budget. They can be trusted as the car they provide are well maintained before they sell/deliver. All the information about the car as well it's history is already available online. I was able to find my Occasion car which was maintained as new and has not run much KM as well. There service as well as delivery is really good.

A big technical issue they didn't tell me about.
After 1.5 months car got into trouble and when I went to the service garage, they told me it was the second time that the issue had happened. I was surprised during the test drive when I asked about the service history, but Carnext didn't tell me. They also claimed that they would check the car carefully for one whole week to assure there was no problem. But they did nothing. I had chosen Carnext (with a higher price) to be sure I'd got a nice car, but that was in contrast.

The purchase went smooth and easy, Jelle (salesperson) answered on all my questions and helped me a lot. And when I came to collect the car, CarNext covered the car with black fabric and amazing orange ribbon!! It is my first car and I was so jumpy!!

It was really very nice experience buying car from carnext. Due to corona I was not able to visit and test drive but CarNext colleague showed reserved car for me and showed the car via Video call and explained each and every small details about car. Within 1 week I picked up my car from CarNext showroom(even free home delivery is also an option but then it take 2 weeks), at CarNext showroom also everything was smooth and it hardly took 10-15 minutes to complete all formalities and get a car key. So overall very smooth and nice experience and the most important part is Car is also very nice and exactly the same as shown on their website 😃

The sales person was not very helpful, most of my question was answered with - “I don’t know” or “No, we can’t help you with that”.
Like I asked for car owners history, how many owners used it before (count not name), answer was - no, can’t help you but in reality you can easily get this info from kenteken website by paying few euros.

No negotiation in price, which is good in a way, best thing was I got test drive for 2 cars.

Overall I got a nice car I liked, so didn’t bother about sales exec, but yes when I am spending a huge amount of money I also expect genuine questions or request to be answered or considered.
