I tried it on my own and lasted about 2 months with a little help from a friend, but I hit the holidays and lost it. I’m ready to get some real help to feel better

Experience was good until the end with all the offers. Don’t like feeling pressured into buying stuff.

Editing my original 5 star review as the actual response was not what was requested. I signed up for the carnimeat app and declined the bazillion add on services, books, apps, coaching etc. However, the receipt for the 12 week app purchase included 1 on 1 coaching which I neither want, nor did I request and I won't use this service. The response from customer service orginally indicated that the 1 on 1 coaching was cancelled and would not be renewed. I thanked them for their prompt response. However, I got to thinking about it and realized the 'renewal' was canceled but they still charged for the coaching which was not wanted nor requested. I inquired again and was told that all digital sales are final. Last time I checked, coaching was a live human responding to live questions. There is nothing digital about coaching.
Bottom line, Carnimeat is refusing to refund the $39.99 for coaching service that was not wanted nor requested.
I retract my 5 star review. If I could give CarniMeat zero stars I would. I don't like being tricked or deceived when ordering online.

I haven't seen my diet plan so I can't comment on that. Signing up for it, and spending more money than I expected, was easy and understandable. I didn't feel pressured.

Nora answered all my questions about the carni menu items very succinctly. I appreciated her quick response.
