Excellent service and communication from Ben from start to finish, would recommend the CarNow team to anyone thinking of leasing a car.

First time I contacted Ben he was so friendly and helpful, his customer service was second to none, nothing was too much trouble, always going the extra mile. He always got back to me without any delay, any questions I had he answered thoroughly and explained the whole process in great detail.
I would have no hesitation in recommending him/Car Leasing to any one as he took all the stress out of the whole process, and I will definitely go back when I'm ready for another car.

Great service, was kept informed throughout the process. Ben is very knowledgable on cars and keeps up-to date with the latest models to offer advice.

Cant praise these guys highly enough - Ben was a great help, took loads of time out to talk through different cars and then when I chose the car, again more time to talk through each option etc etc. Would highly recommend.

CarNow leasing should genuinely be called CarWow. The level of service I received from Ben Crompton was second to none. Ben went the extra mile from find out what vehicle I wanted, calling Audi to find out where the car was, to keeping my informed twice a month as a minimum. Ben also got me a very competitive rate and beat many others.

If you are looking for a genuine hard working broker Ben is the man! Thanks for your help Ben!

Leasing cars is a minefield, you have lots of choice but once you correspond with Ben you realise it’s people that matter. His business is competitive on rate and he always replies to any query or question in a timely fashion and you actually feel like a customer not a transaction. I can’t fault him or his business 10/10 and I will never lease another car from anyone else…

Ben kept me up to date throughout and answered and queries I had straight away.

Ben also has excellent knowledge on the current market and informed me of a loyalty deal on my existing car which in turn has saved me a lot of money on my deal!
