Best customer service
This bike has been a game changer for me in terms of my health and fitness. That's why when i had an issue with the battery of my bike i felt bad because i live in the philippines and i knew, technical assistance will be difficult. But Mario and Chris were super helpful! They went out of their way to look for a technician to help me. In the end i just told them to guide me through the troubleshooting to save the effort. They guided me through the entire process with calls and videos. They were very patient and hands on. We resolved the issue in no time! The bike is excellent but the customer service was just spectacular. They give you very personal assistance. I love Carol Bike.
