Excellent bike!
Excellent bike! Well built, easy to use, getting great workouts in such an efficient way. So nice to easily work this into my busy schedule. Customer service is above and beyond - had an issue one morning early on, sent an email through the bike app and they called me within minutes. We quickly fixed the problem over the phone (the Bluetooth got turned off inadvertently so the computer wasn’t communicating with the bike). They then followed up over the next several days to make sure things were still okay. I’m feeling like this investment is well worth it, and my wife and two teens are enjoying the bike as well! We love how it customizes workouts for each of our individual needs and abilities. Overall, the experience is what I hoped for and expected based on their website and reviews.

Love the workouts but bluetooth connectivity with the provided heart rate monitor is problematic.
Upgraded to 5 stars after they reached out and provided instructions on how to prevent the connectivity problem.

Just doing my 4th week of REHITs
Ordering the bike was a good experience. I felt like I got personal attention from specific named individuals who seemed to be assigned to help me. The bike arrived as promised and the setup was pretty uneventful. I’ve recently started my 4th week of doing at least 3 REHIT rides. Seems ok so far. It sounds easy to do two or three sprints per short ride, but if you’re going all out….you will definitely be spent at the end of the ride.
I wish I could custom create and save my own fat burning rides to ramp up because the basic ones offered in the membership UI of the bike I are just too many sprints. The most entry level fat burning ride is 30 sprints over 30 mins. I would like to begin at a more entry level ride like maybe 10-15 mins with 10-15 shorter sprints as opposed to 30 or more which are the only choices I can see. You have to remember a lot of people buying these are not in great shape yet….so a slow build up to longer fat burning rides would be good.

Great job being consistent with four straight weeks of 3x REHIT workouts! Studies suggest, if you keep up 3x rides a week, in just four more weeks your cardio fitness would have improved by 12%. That's a huge increase, which is like turning the clock back on your age by 10 years.
Regarding your comment about custom workouts, this is in our product development pipeline and should be released soon. So watch this space!

Awesome stationary bike. Product packaging is outstanding. CAROL Bike is superbly engineered. Other than being extremely heavy for a 65 year old to put together by myself, I absolutely love the bike. Been using it daily.

I have nothing but praise. I had the bike pre-assembled. The delivery went smoothly (I have a 2 story home) and the guys that delivered the bike were very helpful (and careful). I reached out to the company to refine my seat placement since I’m new to this type of exercise and Matt got back to me right away. I’m really enjoying this exercise experience

My experience…
Overall the purchase, delivery and set up were great. Very good communication and exactly as expected. My issue is more with the design. The handlebars are very wobbly and the fastener that you use to tighten them down come loose. There have been 3 instances where during the ride (fortunately it hasn’t happened during the sprints) that the handlebars collapsed, twice causing the tablet to disconnect and I almost fell off the bike. I’ve attempted to tighten the lever as hard as I can but because of the wobble it works itself loose again.
I really enjoy all the rides, very challenging and very accurate on the energy readings, my concern is around the safety.

Worth figuring out the missing steps.
The bike arrived fast. Wish I’d paid to have it put together because my husband had a hard time of it. Getting the bike connected to WiFi was also challenging—we had to reset stuff on the pad yo make it work. Then couldn’t figure out why the heart rate monitor wasn’t working. There were all these instruction gaps. There wasn’t tech support and I made a appt with someone from the company but had to wait two weeks, and by then we had figured it out. But once we got it to work, we’ve been really happy with it. I always have time to exercise 5 min. No more excuses! Haven’t used it long enough to see if the claims are real. Also, check to see if your employer has a health program where they reimburse for exercise equipment.

Love the bike, hate the lack of data w/o subscription
Love the bike but one star down for the really poor data experience without the subscription, the monthly cost is too high after investing so much in the bike. Wish we got the first year free or at least something. I hate the data being hidden from me.

Late shipping and awful delivery
Web site said delivery in 7 to 10 days. So did confirmation email. Bike was not delivered for more than three weeks, and on the scheduled day of delivery, the shipper was a no show and did not even call. On rescheduled day of delivery, shipper only sent one guy, who struggled mightily to get the bike to the downstairs fitness room. (Shipper had been informed about the flight of stairs, still only sent one guy.)
Customer service offered to refund the assembly fee and give us six months subscription, but we lost more money in wages than that when staying home waiting for the no-show shipper.
The bike may be decent, but I would not buy from this company again. There are bikes that are at least as good from other companies.
