The reason I came to this practice is because of my doctor. Unfortunately everything else about this practice is terrible. During a pandemic the check in staff are not even wearing masks! I came about 4 feet from one when I checked in. Do they think their staff are exempt from being contagious while they are asymptomatic??? Shocking! The phone message is ridiculously long, like they are trying to punish you for calling. The manager and people who answer the phone are often rude. Sometimes calls don't get returned- very slack for healthcare. After an auto accident they wouldn't see me and treated me as if I had the plague. Considering auto accidents can be emotionally traumatic this was very cruel. The doctor's assistants are not nurses and know less than I do about, diseases, labs etc. I would switch if switching doctors wasn't so scary.
