Amazing location! Well kept, beautiful room. Really can’t beat it. Loved our stay there.

The room was super nice and clean and very high end fixtures in kitchen and the bathroom. The hotel manager was also very nice and friendly. This was my second time staying here. I loved it each time!!

Unfortunately we were less then thrilled with our stay with Carolina Retreats. Upon check in to our unit, we realized there were no bath towels. We tried email, text, and called the emergency after hours number. We never heard back and ended up having to go purchase towels from Walmart.
The unit had multiple burnt out light bulbs and dead bugs on the ground.

Amanda was awesome- she was so friendly and helpful and even met us at check in
everything was so nice and clean
very quiet- even on New Year's Eve!
we loved the room layout and will definitely be back!!

The house was very well cleaned. The beds were comfortable and clean. Situations were addressed in a timely manner.

Communication was efficient and the house was clean, well maintained and was in a great location.

Our Winter Christmas Vacation at Kure Beach was a success! Carolina Retreat made the process of locking down our rental at Summer Place (reviewing properties, payment process, check-in and check-out) stress free. Summer Place is an awesome oceanfront property. We couldn’t be more pleased. 😃

The company was awesome, it was so easily to book and they helped out with anything we needed, before we knew we needed it!!!!

Office staff was very professional, helpful and accommodating to my family & I the past few years that we've stayed at one of the properties. The home (Sand Castle) was clean, spacious and everything we requested and more. We will definitely be coming back in the near future!!!!

Lovely place and great location. We enjoyed our stay very much. Reservation and check-in all done online and the process was easier and worked better than I expected.

Our first time on the island we are hoping to live somewhere between Oak Island/Carolina Beach, the island was everything we had hope for and the Beach Inn/Suites

This home should not be on a rental program. The house was full of mildew/black mold and a strong musty smell was pervasive. The couches were heavily soiled and rotten wood around the main door exterior trim suggest that there is water intrusion. We refused to stay at this rental place.

Poor communication. Although it was a holiday weekend, I'm afraid that this type of business does need to be available on holidays.

Accommodation was not clean and the bedrooms were not shielded from noise.

We were only there for one night. It was fun…came down for the floatilla. The room was clean and comfortable. Thanks for a great time!

Awesome area , fabulous house

Although we had an ocean front house, we could only see the ocean but could not see the beach - this house was one story. Liked the house but will stay with 2-story rentals. The responses and solutions were immediate when we arrived and found 2 high priority problems with the house - thermostat did not work and 1 rear door would not lock. That was great and very appreciated!! Will use this rental service again.

The rental company was good at communicating and responding; except a minor issue: I requested a can opener and never got one, but they did quickly bring a drip coffeemaker since we were not prepared for a Kuerig. The house is great, 2nd fall trip in this house.

The home was great ,loved the location, check in and out was very easy.
