Jason has always been so pleasant to deal with, the team come when they say they will, explain everything incredbly well, and their prices are incedibly reasonable. The kids ALWAYS love a bouncy castle and I'd always go back to Carol's when I need one.

We hired soft play and the disco bouncy castle for my son’s first birthday party! The bouncy castle came with a fantastic speaker, we had the party in a field and the volume was loud enough to fill the field. We had a great experience from start to finish. Quick responding, helpful and friendly, quick and easy set up, clean and safe, great price and I could go on.. the children had so much fun all day and my son absolutely loved the soft play and had a little bounce on the castle before everyone arrived he loved it! We 100% recommend and will definitely being using Carols bouncy castle again in the future!

This was the first time to use Carol’s Bouncy Castles. I must say, the communication was so easy and straightforward. The staff who came to put it all in place were great and the bouncy castle itself was amazing. Exactly what I chose! My boys had a superhero themed party and it worked perfectly. It was clean and perfect size for the kids and adults too. I’d highly recommend it x
