Esperienza pessima: servizio clienti arrogante e zero rimborsi./I had a very negative experience. The customer service was arrogant and no refund was offered.

Mi trovo costretto a segnalare la gestione a dir poco carente di un errore materiale in fase di prenotazione. Per una data errata, ho dovuto spendere ulteriori 305,00 € per un nuovo biglietto, poiché l'azienda ha negato ogni tipo di rettifica o un rimborso, perlomeno parziale.
Oltre al pesante danno economico, trovo deplorevole l'atteggiamento arrogante riscontrato presso la biglietteria fisica e la totale assenza di flessibilità del servizio clienti. Negare assistenza per un servizio mai erogato — specialmente in bassa stagione e con ampia disponibilità di posti — è una scelta miope, dettata da un mero interesse unilaterale. Un comportamento commerciale inaccettabile che ignora totalmente il concetto di customer care e i diritti del consumatore.

I am writing to report the company's inadequate handling of a booking error. Due to an incorrect date on my ticket, I had to spend an additional €305.00 on a new one, as the company refused to amend the date or issue a refund.
Aside from the significant financial loss, I found the attitude of the ticket office staff deplorable, as well as the complete lack of flexibility shown by the customer service team. Refusing to provide assistance for a service that was never provided, especially in the low season, when there is ample availability, is short-sighted and purely in the company's own interest. This behaviour disregards the concepts of customer care and consumer rights completely, and is unacceptable.
