Ribbed and Suffered Racial Hatred
Suffered racial hatred towards my headscarf and being coloured, all for requesting an exchange for an online order item that did not fit my child; not a refund, an exchange! Trading Standards have been notified. I was spoken to like dirt, where a white couple walked in and were spoken to politely, yet we have so many white family members. Really hurt and disappointed by the attitude and service as a long standing customer for 9 years, but yet still treated like dirt. The owner Mel has a disgraceful attitude problem and the public should be made aware. Support a business who supports the public, it treats the public like dirt, thinking she is better. Purchased items at 60% off and was robbed of 10% on my exchange items in the end and told this is my shop, my rules, even though I stated it was against the law. Think twice before buying here, your money is not safe if you request a refund or exchange, I will never step foot in the shop again and I’d advise he public to stand firm for your rights and do not get cheated out of your hard eating money.
